【摘要】：信任對工程項目管理績效影響的研究多是基于組織行為學(xué)的視角,而本文則從項目治理的視角展開。通過理論分析構(gòu)建了工程項目中合同柔性、合同剛性的構(gòu)念,并對其進行了維度劃分;梳理和總結(jié)相關(guān)文獻提出了以初始信任為前因、合同柔性和合同剛性為中介、工程項目管理績效為結(jié)果的概念模型,并分析了其具體作用路徑;研究結(jié)論為業(yè)主提供的管理啟示包括:(1)應(yīng)高度重視資格預(yù)審工作,選擇初始信任水平較高的承包商;(2)應(yīng)根據(jù)對投標人的平均初始信任水平編制招標文件,為合同適當?shù)刈⑷肴嵝院蛣傂?(3)中標后、簽約前的合同談判很必要,要在不背離合同實質(zhì)性內(nèi)容的前提下,根據(jù)對承包商的確切初始信任水平微調(diào)合同的柔性程度。
[Abstract]:The research on the impact of trust on project management performance is based on the perspective of organizational behavior, and this paper starts from the perspective of project governance. Through theoretical analysis, the flexibility of contract in engineering project is constructed. The construction of contract rigidity and the division of its dimensions; Combing and summing up the related literature, this paper puts forward a conceptual model with initial trust as the leading factor, contract flexibility and contract rigidity as the intermediary, and the project management performance as the result, and analyzes its specific action path. The management revelation provided by the research conclusion for the employer includes: (1) should attach great importance to the prequalification work and select the contractor with high initial trust level; 2) the tender documents should be prepared according to the average initial trust level of the bidder, and flexibility and rigidity should be injected into the contract appropriately; After winning the bid, it is necessary to negotiate the contract before signing the contract. On the premise of not deviating from the substantive content of the contract, the flexibility of the contract should be fine-adjusted according to the exact initial trust level of the contractor.
