【摘要】:鶴崗至大連高速公路吉林省境內(nèi)段HD01合同段(小溝嶺至撫松段),地處東北嚴(yán)寒季凍區(qū)及長(zhǎng)白山保護(hù)區(qū),采用施工總承包的模式管理。中國(guó)交建鶴大高速公路直屬項(xiàng)目總部針對(duì)工程規(guī)模大、工期短、管理層級(jí)復(fù)雜、安全環(huán)保要求高和實(shí)施"雙示范"工程等特點(diǎn),實(shí)行"大項(xiàng)目,小總部",超前謀劃,技術(shù)引領(lǐng),推行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、集約化管理措施,探索項(xiàng)目約束激勵(lì)考核機(jī)制,實(shí)現(xiàn)工程建設(shè)有序推進(jìn)和企業(yè)內(nèi)部資源整合、協(xié)同發(fā)展的目標(biāo),為類似工程提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Hegang to Dalian Expressway in Jilin province HD01 contract section (the minor groove ridge to Fusong), located in the northeast cold season frozen area and Changbai Mountain protected areas, the management mode of construction contract. Chinese built large crane highway project directly under the headquarters for the project size, short construction period, the management level is complex, safety and environmental protection requirements and the implementation of the "double high" demonstration projects, the implementation of "big projects, small headquarters", advance planning, technical guidance, the implementation of standardized, intensive management measures, explore the incentive mechanism constraint, realize the orderly construction and enterprise resource integration, collaborative development, provide a reference for similar projects.
