【摘要】：依據(jù)中國(guó)建筑工程總公司的全資子公司香港中國(guó)海外集團(tuán)有限公司多年從事國(guó)際承包工程管理的經(jīng)驗(yàn),總結(jié)出以工程質(zhì)量、安全、環(huán)保、進(jìn)度、成本等5個(gè)核心元素為管理目標(biāo),以解決施工企業(yè)決策層、管理層、項(xiàng)目層對(duì)工程的協(xié)同管理要求,通過(guò)信息化的手段實(shí)施工程項(xiàng)目的動(dòng)態(tài)管理,提高施工企業(yè)國(guó)際工程管理現(xiàn)代化水平、提高經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會(huì)效益、增強(qiáng)我國(guó)施工企業(yè)國(guó)際承包工程競(jìng)爭(zhēng)實(shí)力。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the Hongkong China Overseas Holdings Ltd for many years engaged in international engineering contracting management China Construction Engineering Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of experience, summed up the 5 core elements of the project quality, safety, environmental protection, such as schedule and cost management objectives, in order to solve the construction enterprise decision-making, management, project collaborative management layer on the requirements of the project, dynamic management the implementation of the project by means of information technology, improve the construction enterprise international project management modernization level, improve economic and social benefits, enhance China's international project contracting construction enterprises competitiveness.
