【摘要】:隨著全球化在我國的發(fā)展,口譯服務(wù)市場對(duì)口譯服務(wù)規(guī)模、服務(wù)質(zhì)量、服務(wù)流程等相關(guān)口譯活動(dòng)有了更高的要求。因此,日益增長的大型口譯活動(dòng)對(duì)譯員的要求不再局限于口譯技能,還包括面對(duì)復(fù)雜事務(wù)時(shí)的管理能力。項(xiàng)目管理的相關(guān)知識(shí)在許多領(lǐng)域都有應(yīng)用,而口譯行業(yè)的發(fā)展促使了項(xiàng)目管理與口譯項(xiàng)目相結(jié)合。通過項(xiàng)目管理的流程和方法,口譯項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量能夠通過相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制而評(píng)判,口譯譯員的服務(wù)品質(zhì)和服務(wù)效率能得到充分保證和及時(shí)評(píng)價(jià),這使得口譯服務(wù)有更為長遠(yuǎn)的發(fā)展前景。本文是一篇實(shí)習(xí)報(bào)告,主要內(nèi)容是探討在第3屆中國—東盟技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移與創(chuàng)新合作大會(huì)期間筆者從翻譯項(xiàng)目管理工作中得到的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和發(fā)現(xiàn)的不足,并對(duì)此提出改進(jìn)意見和可行性方案。本報(bào)告通過介紹項(xiàng)目背景和崗位職責(zé),同時(shí)包括前期準(zhǔn)備、項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過程監(jiān)控、以及譯后評(píng)估,對(duì)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過程中的相關(guān)案例進(jìn)行分析、探討解決方案,以期為從事相關(guān)口譯項(xiàng)目管理的人或同類組織單位提供一些參考。
