摘 要

物流管理研究是企業(yè)需求利潤的“新大陸”,是利潤的“第三源泉”,含有物流業(yè)

務(wù)的公司更是如此。許多企業(yè)沒有對其物流活動(dòng)進(jìn)行合理管理,或者定制的物流管理方

案不切實(shí)際難以實(shí)施�，F(xiàn)階段,隨著國家“汽車下鄉(xiāng)”等宏觀補(bǔ)助政策逐步退出市場,

汽車行業(yè)暫處低迷,如何面對新的市場環(huán)境是擺在眾多汽車物流公司管理層面前的一個(gè)

重大課題。

本研究以BS汽車公司沈陽庫為研究對象,在對現(xiàn)階段的汽車物流背景狀況進(jìn)行分

析的基礎(chǔ)上,引出文章的研究意義,其后對汽車物流相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行總結(jié)和梳理,介紹本

研究的結(jié)構(gòu)框架和具體章節(jié)內(nèi)容;對BS汽車公司沈陽庫進(jìn)行簡單介紹,對其現(xiàn)有的物

流管理狀況進(jìn)行說明并指出其不足和不足的深層次原因,結(jié)合沈陽庫的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提出對

Abstract

Logistics management is the enterprise demand for profit new world’’,is the third source

of profits, auto logistics company. Many enterprises have no rational management of its

logistics activities, make it difficult to implement or customized logistics management plan is

impractical. At present, as the country car to the countryside macro subsidy policy gradually

withdraw from the market, such as teftiporary downturn in auto industry, how to face the new

market environment is facing the numerous automobile logistics management of a major issue.

This study with case study of Shenyang library, BS motors at this stage of the automobile

logistics based on the analysis of the background condition, raises the research significance of

the article, followed by the automobile logistics related literature summary and comb,

introduced the structural framework of this study and the content of the chapter; A brief

introduction to the Shenyang library to BS auto company, the existing logistics management

status and points out its shortage and the lack of deep level reason, again to Shenyang library

BS motors environment potter five model analysis, combining the development strategy of

Shenyang library improvements to existing logistics management is put forward, finally, in

order to ensure the smooth implementation of the improved scheme provides a safeguard
