在國(guó)際交流日益頻繁的背景下,越南已成為世界貿(mào)易組織(WTO)和跨太平洋伙伴關(guān)系(TPP)的成員。貿(mào)易行業(yè)迅速增長(zhǎng),帶動(dòng)了一些相關(guān)服務(wù)業(yè),特別是物流業(yè)的發(fā)展。隨著生產(chǎn)力的發(fā)展和世界科技革命的支撐,產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)數(shù)量越來(lái)越多。而且,除了商品質(zhì)量競(jìng)爭(zhēng)或降低產(chǎn)品價(jià)格等傳統(tǒng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)領(lǐng)域之外,制造商已經(jīng)轉(zhuǎn)向了庫(kù)存管理競(jìng)爭(zhēng),貨運(yùn)速度,簡(jiǎn)化材料并降低運(yùn)輸成本�？梢哉f(shuō),越南物流業(yè)在近幾年來(lái)面臨著巨大的挑戰(zhàn)和發(fā)展機(jī)遇。根據(jù)世界銀行2014年的數(shù)據(jù)表明,越南LPI之前為3.15,居世界排名第48位,但到2016年越南的物流績(jī)效指數(shù)(LPI)降低為2.98,居世界第64位、東南亞第4位。由此可見(jiàn),貿(mào)易行業(yè)快速發(fā)展后,國(guó)內(nèi)物流服務(wù)跟不上此步伐。其中的原因來(lái)源于越南的政策,人力資源和物流服務(wù)的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施。本論文“越南物流服務(wù)的瓶頸分析及對(duì)策研究”從2016年9月至2017年12月進(jìn)行了定性研究,結(jié)合深入調(diào)查提供了有助于越南的物流業(yè)開(kāi)發(fā)潛力的短期和長(zhǎng)期的解決方案。本研究的主要方法是對(duì)本行業(yè)報(bào)告,統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)和相關(guān)文章的綜合評(píng)估,從此提出對(duì)越南物流業(yè)的評(píng)價(jià)。另外還提出三個(gè)與當(dāng)今越南物流業(yè)的發(fā)展有關(guān)的法律制度,人力資源和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施方面的...
