論物流企業(yè)如何提高客戶服務(wù)水平

【摘要】:隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步和經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,物流企業(yè)的市場競爭越來越激烈,為客戶提供優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù),提升競爭力,讓企業(yè)立于不敗之地成為了企業(yè)不得不面對的問題。首先介紹了物流客戶服務(wù)的內(nèi)容,指出了物流服務(wù)對于企業(yè)的重要性,然后,通過分析當(dāng)前我國物流客戶服務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀,提出了提高物流客戶服務(wù)水平的措施與方法,從而促進(jìn)物流客戶服務(wù)的更進(jìn)一步的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the progress of science and technology and the continuous development of economy, the market competition of logistics enterprises is becoming more and more intense, providing high-quality service to the customers, improving the competitiveness, and making the enterprise have to face the problems. The article first introduces the content of the logistics customer service, points out the importance of the logistics service to the enterprise, and then, through the analysis of the present situation of our country's logistics customer service, puts forward the measures and methods to improve the logistics customer service level. So as to promote the further development of the logistics customer service.
