基于訂單數(shù)據(jù)的庫位優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:隨著國民經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,物流的重要性日益凸顯。作為“十二五”期間國家重點扶持行業(yè),中國物流業(yè)取得了快速的發(fā)展。統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)顯示,2013年全國社會物流總額達到197.8萬億元,物流業(yè)增加值達到3.9萬億元,物流業(yè)增加值占國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值的比重由2005年的6.6%提高到2013年的6.8%,占服務(wù)業(yè)增加值的比重達到14.8%。物流業(yè)吸納就業(yè)人數(shù)達到2890萬人。 中國物流業(yè)在過去十幾年中取得的輝煌成績不容忽視,但隨著電子商務(wù)的快速發(fā)展,國內(nèi)物流行業(yè)仍然存在基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施不健全、管理水平低下等問題,2013年全社會物流總費用與國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值的比率高達18%;ヂ(lián)網(wǎng)帶來的新型商業(yè)模式給中國物流行業(yè)的發(fā)展提出了新的挑戰(zhàn),同時又為我們實現(xiàn)跨越式發(fā)展提供了機遇。 本文以倉儲管理中的庫位優(yōu)化問題為選題,根據(jù)某企業(yè)的訂單數(shù)據(jù)進行庫位優(yōu)化建模分析。通過實驗對不同的庫位分配方案進行評價,并給出相關(guān)建議。本文的研究意義是探索倉儲系統(tǒng)的庫位分配方案,為企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)實踐提供理論指導(dǎo),提升國內(nèi)倉儲管理水平,進而降低倉儲管理成本。本文有以下幾個創(chuàng)新點:(1)同時使用三種貨位分配方案對案例進行優(yōu)化并將三種方案的優(yōu)化效果對比,前人研究論文未曾有過;(2)對遺傳算法進行改進,同時設(shè)計幾種不同的交叉變異算子;(3)首次對隨機存儲這種模式進行了基于實際訂單數(shù)據(jù)的模擬仿真;(4)在進行庫位優(yōu)化實證分析時首次將訂單數(shù)據(jù)分為訓(xùn)練數(shù)據(jù)和驗證數(shù)據(jù)。 第一章介紹本文的研究背景,指出我國現(xiàn)階段庫位管理水平低下這一問題。針對這一問題提出本文的研究目的和意義,并對國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進行綜述。 第二章詳細介紹相關(guān)理論和方法。首先對現(xiàn)有庫位優(yōu)化理論進行分析,然后重點闡述ABC分類法和遺傳算法兩種理論。 第三章我們對M配送中心的訂單數(shù)據(jù)、現(xiàn)有的倉庫布局以及庫位分配方案進行分析,然后以訂單揀選距離最小為目標,采用ABC分類思想對原有庫位分配方案進行優(yōu)化。通過實證分析,我們得出結(jié)論:新的分配方案優(yōu)于原有的庫位分配方案。 第四章我們在原有案例背景的基礎(chǔ)上,采用遺傳算法進行庫位分配。該部分我們?yōu)檫z傳算法設(shè)計了多種交叉變異算子進行仿真模擬,以保證算法的有效性和求解的全局性。通過實證分析,我們得出結(jié)論,遺傳算法得到的庫位分配方案優(yōu)于原有的庫位分配方案,且優(yōu)于ABC庫位分配方案。 第五章我們基于訂單數(shù)據(jù)流進行隨機存儲過程的模擬仿真,通過動態(tài)模擬訂單出入庫操作來檢驗隨機存儲模式的效率。仿真過程中我們設(shè)置不同的再訂貨點,結(jié)果表明隨機存儲優(yōu)于原有的庫位分配方案,且優(yōu)于基于GA的庫位分配方案。 第六章我們對全文進行總結(jié)和展望。通過對比三種庫位分配方案的實驗結(jié)果,我們得出結(jié)論:(1)ABC分類法可以有效的縮短訂單揀選距離,且使用簡單便捷,方便實現(xiàn);(2)基于改進遺傳算法的貨位分配方案可以有效縮短訂單揀選距離,且優(yōu)化效果明顯;(3)隨機存儲模式效果最優(yōu),但技術(shù)硬件要求較高;(4)三種優(yōu)化方案均能縮短訂單揀選距離,提高操作效率,企業(yè)可根據(jù)倉庫的實際情況選擇庫位分配方案。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of national economy, the importance of logistics is becoming more and more prominent. As the key supporting industry in the "12th Five-Year" period, China's logistics industry has made rapid development. Statistics show that the total national social logistics in 2013 reached 197.8 trillion yuan, the added value of the logistics industry reached 3.9 trillion yuan, and the added value of the logistics industry accounted for 6.8% of the gross domestic product in 2005, accounting for 14.8% of the added value of the service industry. The number of employment in the logistics industry reached 280.9 million. China's logistics industry has achieved great achievements over the past decade, but with the rapid development of e-commerce, the domestic logistics industry still has the problems of inadequate infrastructure and low management level. The ratio of total social logistics cost to gross domestic product in 2013 is as high as 18 %. The new business model brought by the Internet poses a new challenge to the development of China's logistics industry, and also provides the machine for the development of the great-leap-forward development. In this paper, based on the stock-position optimization problem in the warehouse management, this paper is based on the order data of a certain enterprise to optimize the library position. The model analysis is carried out. The different library bit allocation schemes are evaluated by the experiment and the phase is given. The research significance of this paper is to explore the stock allocation scheme of the storage system, to provide the theoretical guidance for the production practice of the enterprise, to improve the management level of the storage in the country, and to further reduce the storage pipe. The paper has the following innovation points: (1) the case is optimized and the optimization effect of the three schemes is compared by using three kinds of locator allocation schemes, and the previous research papers have not been used; (2) the genetic algorithm is improved, and several different cross-changes are designed (3) For the first time, the model is simulated based on the actual order data. (4) The order data is divided into the training data and the test for the first time in the case of the case analysis.
