【摘要】：對(duì)物流進(jìn)行出色的管理能夠有效率地減少企業(yè)的成本,良好地適應(yīng)客戶的需求,對(duì)于制造型企業(yè),在強(qiáng)烈的競爭環(huán)境中取得競爭優(yōu)勢只依賴企業(yè)的制造能力是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠的,良好的物流運(yùn)作已然成為企業(yè)取得優(yōu)勢的新方法。企業(yè)如果要想利用高效率的物流系統(tǒng)來獲得競爭優(yōu)勢,就應(yīng)該具備可以精確度量出物流績效的評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng),作為企業(yè)物流管理主要組成部分的企業(yè)物流績效評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)可以輔助企業(yè)發(fā)掘更深層次的物流能力,進(jìn)而監(jiān)督企業(yè)完善物流系統(tǒng),改善物流的能力。本文基于對(duì)物流和績效評(píng)價(jià)的有關(guān)理論分析和國內(nèi)外績效評(píng)價(jià)理論研究的現(xiàn)狀分析,針對(duì)富創(chuàng)公司作為研究的對(duì)象,分析運(yùn)用企業(yè)績效評(píng)價(jià)的相關(guān)理論,從運(yùn)輸、倉儲(chǔ)、裝卸搬運(yùn)、包裝、物流信息和物流管理方面有針對(duì)性地為富創(chuàng)公司設(shè)計(jì)了物流績效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的體系,并結(jié)合層次分析法、模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法和灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析法對(duì)富創(chuàng)公司進(jìn)行物流績效的評(píng)價(jià),之后對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,找出公司存在裝卸搬運(yùn)等設(shè)備的使用效率低下、倉容利用率低、信息設(shè)備投入不足等問題,依據(jù)此評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果給出相關(guān)的改進(jìn)意見,提出優(yōu)化物流設(shè)備的使用、提高倉容利用率、搭建物流信息技術(shù)平臺(tái)等建議,以提高該公司的物流績效。
[Abstract]:Excellent management of logistics can effectively reduce the cost of enterprises and adapt to the needs of customers. For manufacturing enterprises, it is far from enough to obtain competitive advantage in a strong competitive environment. Good logistics operation has become a new way for enterprises to gain advantages. If enterprises want to use efficient logistics system to gain competitive advantage, they should have an evaluation system that can accurately measure logistics performance. As the main part of enterprise logistics management, enterprise logistics performance evaluation system can help enterprises to explore a deeper level of logistics capacity, and then supervise enterprises to improve the logistics system and improve the ability of logistics. Based on the theoretical analysis of logistics and performance evaluation and the analysis of the present situation of performance evaluation theory at home and abroad, this paper analyzes and applies the relevant theories of enterprise performance evaluation from transportation and warehousing to Fuchuang Company as the research object. The logistics performance evaluation index system is designed for Fuchuang Company in the aspects of loading and unloading handling, packaging, logistics information and logistics management, and combined with the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and grey relational analysis method are used to evaluate the logistics performance of Fuchuang Company, and then the evaluation results are analyzed, and it is found that the use efficiency of loading and unloading and handling equipment in the company is low, and the utilization rate of warehouse capacity is low. According to the evaluation results, this paper gives some suggestions on how to optimize the use of logistics equipment, improve the utilization rate of warehouse capacity and build a logistics information technology platform, so as to improve the logistics performance of the company.
