【摘要】：目前信息技術(shù)在物流企業(yè)的應(yīng)用主要集中在承運物品的物流管理,而配送車輛調(diào)度業(yè)務(wù)的信息化建設(shè),其依然采用隨機分配車輛、按序運送物品的模式,這種模式效率較低、成本較高。在這種背景下,許多物流企業(yè)開始引入車輛調(diào)度管理系統(tǒng)用于實現(xiàn)車輛調(diào)度業(yè)務(wù)的自動化處理,其已成為未來的發(fā)展趨勢。 為了構(gòu)建完善的分析方案,在整個過程中主要做了如下幾方面的工作： (1)整個分析與過程采用了面向?qū)ο蠓椒?以業(yè)務(wù)流程圖、用例圖以及包圖的方式來完成研究與分析過程。 (2)分析了物流企業(yè)現(xiàn)有工作模式存在的缺陷,并針對缺陷提出了相應(yīng)的優(yōu)化方案,對相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)進行了再造,在此基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建的車輛調(diào)度系統(tǒng)能提升配送效率,降低配送成本。 (3)分析了車輛調(diào)度管理系統(tǒng)的功能結(jié)構(gòu),其由托運管理、調(diào)度管理、托運任務(wù)分配、車輛業(yè)務(wù)統(tǒng)計、基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)管理以及系統(tǒng)管理等六個模塊組成。 (4)完成了車輛調(diào)度管理系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)分析過程,其對系統(tǒng)包含的實體、實體關(guān)系以及數(shù)據(jù)庫表進行了介紹。 目前已完成了車輛調(diào)度管理系統(tǒng)的分析方案,這些都是未來實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ),本課題所提出的分析方案更能滿足物流企業(yè)的配送需求。
[Abstract]:At present, the application of information technology in logistics enterprises mainly focuses on the logistics management of carrying goods, while the information construction of distribution vehicle dispatching business still adopts the mode of random distribution of vehicles and sequential transportation of goods, which is inefficient. The cost is higher. Under this background, many logistics enterprises begin to introduce vehicle scheduling management system to realize the automatic processing of vehicle scheduling service, which has become the development trend in the future. In order to construct a perfect analysis scheme, the following work has been done in the whole process: (1) the object-oriented method is adopted in the whole analysis and process, and the business flow chart is adopted in the whole analysis and process. Use case diagram and package diagram to complete the research and analysis process. (2) the defects of the existing working mode of logistics enterprises are analyzed, and the corresponding optimization scheme is put forward, and the related business is reconstructed. on this basis, the vehicle dispatching system can improve the distribution efficiency. Reduce the cost of distribution. (3) the functional structure of the vehicle dispatching management system is analyzed, which is composed of six modules: consignment management, dispatching management, consignment task allocation, vehicle business statistics, basic data management and system management. (4) the data analysis process of vehicle dispatching management system is completed, and the entity, entity relationship and database table contained in the system are introduced. At present, the analysis schemes of vehicle scheduling management system have been completed, which are the basis of realizing the system in the future. The analysis scheme proposed in this paper can better meet the distribution needs of logistics enterprises.
