【摘要】：本文在分析連鎖零售企業(yè)配送中心選址的目標(biāo)與要素基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了配送中心成本最小化的選址模型,并設(shè)計(jì)了三種方案。在模型中運(yùn)用遺傳算法,對(duì)成本最小的配送中心設(shè)置方案進(jìn)行探究,發(fā)現(xiàn)配送中心選址于運(yùn)輸距離恰當(dāng)、服務(wù)水平高且?guī)齑娉杀镜偷某擎?zhèn),可使連鎖零售企業(yè)的物流成本最小。最后,結(jié)合算例分析對(duì)研究結(jié)果進(jìn)行了總結(jié),以期為我國(guó)連鎖零售企業(yè)發(fā)展提供借鑒與參考。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the objectives and elements of distribution center location in chain retail enterprises, this paper constructs a location model to minimize the cost of distribution center, and designs three schemes. In the model, genetic algorithm is used to explore the minimum cost of distribution center setting scheme. It is found that the logistics cost of chain retail enterprises can be minimized when the distribution center is located in cities and towns with appropriate transportation distance, high service level and low inventory cost. Finally, the research results are summarized with an example analysis, in order to provide reference for the development of chain retail enterprises in China.
