一個(gè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息服務(wù)原型系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:為了推動(dòng)EPC網(wǎng)絡(luò)(物聯(lián)網(wǎng))的發(fā)展,國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)組織EPCglobal確立了EPC(Electronic Product Code,電子產(chǎn)品編碼)信息服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),符合該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的EPCIS (EPC Information Services,EPC信息服務(wù)系統(tǒng))在EPC網(wǎng)絡(luò)中扮演了十分重要的角色,是物聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的核心。隨著傳感技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,各種傳感器和識(shí)讀器等RFID(Radio Frequency Identification,無(wú)線射頻識(shí)別)技術(shù)等在企業(yè)被廣泛的應(yīng)用。同時(shí),參與到物聯(lián)網(wǎng)中的企業(yè)也在增加,包括供應(yīng)商、零售商、第三方物流多種類型的企業(yè),每個(gè)企業(yè)構(gòu)建的物聯(lián)網(wǎng)通過EPCIS系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)通信,然而,由于企業(yè)系統(tǒng)之間的差異較大,需要一個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)的通信。就目前的物聯(lián)網(wǎng)研究和開發(fā)現(xiàn)狀而言,還沒有一個(gè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息服務(wù)原型系統(tǒng),可以對(duì)大量的、實(shí)時(shí)的事件報(bào)告進(jìn)行處理,同時(shí)協(xié)作不同企業(yè)伙伴完成數(shù)據(jù)交互,這極大的阻礙了物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)在企業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用。 本文結(jié)合EPCglobal標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)EPCIS系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了深入的研究,并結(jié)合實(shí)際的應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景,設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了一個(gè)原型系統(tǒng)。該原型系統(tǒng)以商品供應(yīng)商、零售商的業(yè)務(wù)模型為背景,提供了商品訂購(gòu)、銷售數(shù)據(jù)管理和銷售結(jié)果反饋的自動(dòng)化服務(wù),主要分為EPCIS系統(tǒng)、ONS系統(tǒng)和推送服務(wù)三個(gè)模塊。EPCIS系統(tǒng)接收下層的ALE(Application Level Event,應(yīng)用層事件)系統(tǒng)發(fā)送過來的事件報(bào)告并提供查詢功能,目前可處理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中定義的四種EPCIS事件,即ObjectEvent(對(duì)象事件)、AggregationEvent(聚合事件)、QuantityEvent(數(shù)量事件)和TransactionEvent(交易事件)。ONS系統(tǒng)作為整個(gè)信息服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)服務(wù),主要用于查找EPC對(duì)應(yīng)的EPCIS服務(wù)器地址;推送服務(wù)是該原型系統(tǒng)的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn),其基于Web service標(biāo)準(zhǔn),用有效的提升EPCIS系統(tǒng)之間的數(shù)據(jù)通信能力,通過對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)時(shí)推送來處理大量的標(biāo)簽信息。 本文所實(shí)現(xiàn)的物聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息服務(wù)原型系統(tǒng),完整的實(shí)現(xiàn)了EPCGlobal標(biāo)準(zhǔn)所定義的相關(guān)規(guī)范,同時(shí)結(jié)合企業(yè)的實(shí)際需求,很好展示了EPC網(wǎng)絡(luò)在實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中的應(yīng)用前景。同時(shí)基于WebService標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的推送服務(wù),統(tǒng)一了不同的企業(yè)EPCIS系統(tǒng)間的數(shù)據(jù)通信的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),降低了系統(tǒng)間的耦合性。測(cè)試結(jié)果表明推送服務(wù)顯著提高了系統(tǒng)處理大數(shù)據(jù)的效率,對(duì)EPCIS系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)和性能優(yōu)化具有重大的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:In order to promote the development of the EPC network (Internet of things), the International Standards Organization (EPCglobal) has established the EPC (Electronic Product Code, Electronic Product coding (EPC (Electronic Product Code,) information service standard, which conforms to the standard EPCIS (EPC Information Services, EPC information service system plays a very important role in EPC network and is the core of Internet of things information service system. With the rapid development of sensor technology, RFID (Radio Frequency Identification, radio frequency identification (RFID) technology, such as sensors and readers, has been widely used in enterprises. At the same time, the number of enterprises involved in the Internet of things is also increasing, including suppliers, retailers, third-party logistics enterprises of various types, each enterprise builds the Internet of things through the EPCIS system for data communication, however, Because of the big difference between enterprise systems, a standard is needed to realize data communication. As far as the current research and development status of the Internet of things is concerned, there is no prototype system of Internet of things information services, which can handle a large number of real-time event reports and cooperate with different enterprise partners to complete data interaction. This greatly hinders the application of Internet of things technology in enterprise information system. In this paper, the EPCIS system is deeply studied based on EPCglobal standard, and a prototype system is designed and implemented according to the practical application scene. The prototype system, based on the business model of the supplier and retailer, provides automated services for ordering, data management and feedback of sales results. It is mainly divided into EPCIS system. The ONS system and push Service three modules. The EPCIS system receives event reports from the lower-level ALE (Application Level Event, Application layer events (EPCIS) system and provides query functionality that currently handles the four EPCIS events defined in the standard. That is, ObjectEvent (object event), AggregationEvent (aggregation event), QuantityEvent (quantity event) and TransactionEvent (transaction event). ONS system), as the basic service of the whole information service system, are mainly used to find the corresponding EPCIS server address of EPC. Push service is the innovation of the prototype system, which is based on Web service standard. It can effectively improve the data communication ability between EPCIS systems, and process a large amount of label information through real-time push of data. The prototype system of Internet of things information service implemented in this paper fully implements the relevant specifications defined by the EPCGlobal standard. At the same time, combined with the actual requirements of the enterprise, the application prospect of EPC network in actual production is well displayed. At the same time, the push service based on WebService standard unifies the data communication standard among different enterprise EPCIS systems, and reduces the coupling between systems. The test results show that push service significantly improves the efficiency of processing big data and has great reference significance for the construction and performance optimization of EPCIS system.
