【摘要】：隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和人民生活水平的不斷提高,空調(diào)產(chǎn)品的消費(fèi)市場(chǎng)出現(xiàn)了結(jié)構(gòu)性變化,需求層次更加多元化。消費(fèi)者更希望所需的產(chǎn)品向多樣化、高質(zhì)量、個(gè)性化等方面發(fā)展。市場(chǎng)消費(fèi)觀念的改變對(duì)空調(diào)制造企業(yè)的制造技術(shù)和生產(chǎn)管理方法提出了更高的要求,而空調(diào)生產(chǎn)企業(yè)采用傳統(tǒng)的流水線生產(chǎn)方式將無(wú)法滿足市場(chǎng)的需求,所以空調(diào)制造企業(yè)生產(chǎn)方式的變革非常緊迫。隨著單元生產(chǎn)方式在制造行業(yè)中的興起,其靈活、機(jī)動(dòng)性正好能夠解決空調(diào)企業(yè)當(dāng)前所面臨的生產(chǎn)困難。本文以S公司空調(diào)外機(jī)生產(chǎn)線為研究對(duì)象,根據(jù)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行單元生產(chǎn)方式的可行性分析,并結(jié)合目前生產(chǎn)工藝與改善目標(biāo)進(jìn)行單元生產(chǎn)線的設(shè)計(jì)。著重針對(duì)在單元生產(chǎn)線在實(shí)施過(guò)程中工序的再設(shè)計(jì),生產(chǎn)線的布局以及后期物流配送的保障進(jìn)行詳細(xì)介紹,通過(guò)對(duì)S公司外機(jī)生產(chǎn)線的單元改造,使公司空調(diào)的生產(chǎn)效率得到了大幅度提升,并且可以靈活的組織生產(chǎn)來(lái)面對(duì)復(fù)雜多變的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:With the development of Chinese economy and the improvement of people's living standard, the consumption market of air conditioning products has appeared structural changes, and the demand level is more diversified. Consumers want to diversify, high-quality, personalized and so on. The change of the concept of market consumption puts forward higher requirements for the manufacturing technology and production management methods of the air conditioning manufacturing enterprises, while the traditional production line production mode adopted by the air conditioning manufacturing enterprises will not be able to meet the needs of the market. So the change of production mode of air-conditioning manufacturing enterprise is very urgent. With the rise of the unit production mode in the manufacturing industry, its flexibility and mobility can solve the current production difficulties faced by air conditioning enterprises. In this paper, the production line of air conditioner in S Company is taken as the research object, the feasibility of unit production mode is analyzed according to the present production situation, and the design of unit production line is carried out in combination with the current production process and improvement target. Focusing on the re-design of the process in the process of implementing the unit production line, the layout of the production line and the guarantee of the logistics distribution in the later stage, the unit transformation of the production line of the external machine in S Company is introduced in detail. So that the production efficiency of the company's air conditioning has been greatly improved, and can flexibly organize production to face the complex and changeable market environment.
