【摘要】：農(nóng)村地區(qū)和城市地區(qū)流通產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展水平的巨大落差,不僅制約農(nóng)村地區(qū)流通產(chǎn)業(yè)的健康發(fā)展,而且妨礙農(nóng)村地區(qū)的實(shí)體產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí),實(shí)現(xiàn)雙向流通體系建設(shè)有助于推動(dòng)城鄉(xiāng)一體化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,并促進(jìn)城鄉(xiāng)全面建成小康社會(huì)戰(zhàn)略的落實(shí)。本文從促進(jìn)城鄉(xiāng)雙向流通的角度闡述商貿(mào)流通機(jī)制重構(gòu)的意義,從城鄉(xiāng)商貿(mào)流通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、渠道建設(shè)及運(yùn)營(yíng)主體等方面解釋制約城鄉(xiāng)雙向流通的一系列問(wèn)題。最后給出優(yōu)化支持城鄉(xiāng)雙向流通的物流基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、強(qiáng)化其流通渠道功能和打造支持城鄉(xiāng)雙向流通的商貿(mào)流通新業(yè)態(tài)等系統(tǒng)解決思路。
[Abstract]:The huge gap in the development level of circulation industries in rural and urban areas not only restricts the healthy development of circulation industries in rural areas, but also hinders the upgrading of physical industries in rural areas. The construction of two-way circulation system is helpful to promote the development strategy of urban-rural integration and promote the implementation of the strategy of building a well-off society in urban and rural areas in an all-round way. This paper expounds the significance of the reconstruction of trade and trade circulation mechanism from the angle of promoting the two-way circulation of urban and rural areas, and explains a series of problems that restrict the two-way circulation of urban and rural areas from the aspects of infrastructure, channel construction and operation subject of rural-urban trade circulation. In the end, the author gives some solutions such as optimizing the logistics infrastructure to support the two-way circulation of urban and rural areas, strengthening the function of its circulation channel, and creating the trade circulation new business type which supports the two-way circulation of urban and rural areas.
