【摘要】：企業(yè)生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)的物流管理的研究是研究企業(yè)物流的重要內(nèi)容。對企業(yè)生產(chǎn)過程中物流系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行研究可提高企業(yè)的管理效能,促進(jìn)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)更好的發(fā)揮生產(chǎn)能力、降低企業(yè)庫存水平和生產(chǎn)成本、提高企業(yè)經(jīng)營收益。本文通過對汽車濾清器的生產(chǎn)過程進(jìn)行分析、研究,總結(jié)出汽車濾清器生產(chǎn)的工藝過程,提煉出生產(chǎn)調(diào)度實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)資源的合理配置和管理,詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)了物流過程管理模塊和物流量統(tǒng)計(jì)與分析模塊,完善生產(chǎn)物流設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng),對汽車濾清器物流仿真系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行構(gòu)建,首先進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)車間平面布局圖及生產(chǎn)工藝的歸納總結(jié),描述出汽車濾清器生產(chǎn)的流程圖,對生產(chǎn)過程中物流量進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì),在分析物料全生產(chǎn)過程物流量的過程中使用了流程分析法,對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件和原材料的物料進(jìn)出量和物流供應(yīng)的路線物流量進(jìn)行了細(xì)致測量和重新規(guī)劃,據(jù)此得到了設(shè)施規(guī)劃與布局的參考依據(jù),然后在EM-Plant軟件中根據(jù)設(shè)施布置形式進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建。車間物流仿真系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建時的關(guān)鍵是對汽車濾清器生產(chǎn)流程和物流數(shù)據(jù)的收集、整理,并對汽車濾清器生產(chǎn)過程進(jìn)行仿真系統(tǒng)建模,仿真物流系統(tǒng)的過程,將車間整個的生產(chǎn)工藝過程及影響其生產(chǎn)效率的各個因素進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié),對物流進(jìn)程進(jìn)行監(jiān)管,發(fā)現(xiàn)汽車濾清器生產(chǎn)線中存在問題并加以完善方面探索出一條切實(shí)可行的途徑。
[Abstract]:The research of logistics management is an important part of enterprise logistics. The research on the logistics system in the process of enterprise production can improve the management efficiency of the enterprise, promote the production system of the enterprise to give full play to the production capacity, reduce the inventory level and production cost of the enterprise, and increase the operating income of the enterprise. In this paper, the production process of automobile filter is analyzed and studied, and the process of automobile filter production is summarized, and the production scheduling is refined to realize the rational allocation and management of production resources. The logistics process management module and the material flow statistics and analysis module are designed in detail, the production logistics design system is perfected, and the logistics simulation system of the automobile filter is constructed. Firstly, the production workshop layout diagram and the production process are summarized and summarized. This paper describes the flow chart of automobile filter production, statistics the material flow in the production process, and uses the process analysis method in the process of analyzing the material flow in the whole production process. The quantity of material in and out of standard parts and raw materials and the material flow of logistics supply route are carefully measured and replanned, and the reference basis for planning and layout of facilities is obtained. Then the system is constructed in EM-Plant software according to the layout of facilities. The key to the construction of the workshop logistics simulation system is to collect and organize the production process and logistics data of the automobile filter, and model the production process of the automobile filter and simulate the process of the logistics system. This paper sums up the whole production process of workshop and the factors affecting its production efficiency, supervises the process of logistics, finds out the problems existing in the production line of automobile filter and explores a feasible way to perfect it.
