【摘要】：從宏觀背景、市場(chǎng)需求和供給的角度剖析襄陽(yáng)鐵路物流基地面臨的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境,明確襄陽(yáng)鐵路物流基地的戰(zhàn)略定位和市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。依據(jù)相關(guān)運(yùn)量預(yù)測(cè)、區(qū)域貨源分布和襄陽(yáng)鐵路樞紐貨運(yùn)新布局,通過(guò)綜合比較7個(gè)既有貨運(yùn)站址,推薦襄陽(yáng)鐵路物流基地選址于郜營(yíng)站。結(jié)合襄陽(yáng)鐵路物流基地的用地條件,對(duì)其功能和主導(dǎo)業(yè)態(tài)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)與分析,研究襄陽(yáng)鐵路物流基地與金鷹重工公鐵聯(lián)運(yùn)示范工程獨(dú)立發(fā)展方案(方案Ⅰ)與合一發(fā)展方案(方案Ⅱ),通過(guò)綜合比選推薦襄陽(yáng)鐵路物流基地采用方案Ⅱ。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the market environment of Xiangyang railway logistics base from the macro background, market demand and supply, and clarifies the strategic orientation and market competitiveness of Xiangyang railway logistics base. According to the forecast of related freight volume, the distribution of regional freight sources and the new layout of freight transportation of Xiangyang railway hub, the location of Xiangyang railway logistics base at Gao Ying station is recommended by comparing the seven existing freight station sites synthetically. Combined with the land use conditions of Xiangyang Railway Logistics Base, the paper designs and analyses its function and leading form. This paper studies the independent development scheme of Xiangyang railway logistics base and Jinying heavy industry through road and rail transport demonstration project (scheme I) and the integrated development scheme (scheme II), and recommends Xiangyang railway logistics base to adopt scheme 鈪，
