鐵路口岸站換裝系統(tǒng)能力計(jì)算及優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:伴隨著2013年習(xí)近平主席提出“一帶一路”的戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)想,鐵路國(guó)際聯(lián)運(yùn)迎來了重要的發(fā)展機(jī)遇期。絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶建設(shè)不僅為鐵路國(guó)際聯(lián)運(yùn)提供了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施保障,也為其提供了有力的政策支持?诎墩臼菄(guó)際鐵路聯(lián)運(yùn)過程中的重要節(jié)點(diǎn),是我國(guó)在絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶的重要門戶。其主要承擔(dān)國(guó)際旅客列車的交接作業(yè)、進(jìn)出口貨物列車的運(yùn)輸組織作業(yè),以及進(jìn)口貨物的換裝作業(yè)。隨著“一帶一路”各項(xiàng)政策的逐步實(shí)施,國(guó)際間物流需求在穩(wěn)步提高,口岸站的進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易額也迅速增長(zhǎng),由此引發(fā)的口岸站的換裝作業(yè)任務(wù)也日趨繁重,因此換裝能力對(duì)于國(guó)際鐵路聯(lián)運(yùn)的順利開展至關(guān)重要。本文對(duì)我國(guó)的鐵路口岸站進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要概述,重點(diǎn)總結(jié)了鐵路口岸站的作業(yè)和設(shè)備以及口岸站的通關(guān)模式,根據(jù)鐵路軌距和通關(guān)模式的不同,將鐵路口岸站劃分為“一地兩檢”不辦理?yè)Q裝作業(yè)的口岸站、“一地兩檢”辦理?yè)Q裝作業(yè)的口岸站、“兩地兩檢”辦理?yè)Q裝作業(yè)的口岸站。通過分析不同類型口岸站的作業(yè)流程,并結(jié)合現(xiàn)有口岸站站場(chǎng)布局的設(shè)計(jì)思想,歸納出不同類型口岸站的站場(chǎng)布置圖型,為新建口岸站的站場(chǎng)布局設(shè)計(jì)提供參考。本文將鐵路口岸站換裝系統(tǒng)看作是三級(jí)串聯(lián)的排隊(duì)系統(tǒng),分析了排隊(duì)系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)成,通過分析換裝系統(tǒng)服務(wù)時(shí)間的不均衡性以及車站作業(yè)的干擾對(duì)換裝系統(tǒng)能力的影響,建立了 口岸站換裝系統(tǒng)的三級(jí)排隊(duì)模型。本文對(duì)換裝系統(tǒng)內(nèi)到達(dá)和出發(fā)列車的累計(jì)量以及各節(jié)點(diǎn)列車?yán)塾?jì)量與時(shí)間分布關(guān)系分析的基礎(chǔ)上,以換裝系統(tǒng)的能力最大作為約束,建立了各節(jié)點(diǎn)隊(duì)列長(zhǎng)度均衡模型,求解各節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)備的合理配置數(shù)量。提出了閉環(huán)排隊(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)中,輸入流穩(wěn)定,各環(huán)節(jié)配置合理的設(shè)備數(shù)量,對(duì)系統(tǒng)內(nèi)的作業(yè)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,提高作業(yè)之間的協(xié)調(diào)性,系統(tǒng)的車流可達(dá)到穩(wěn)定狀態(tài),進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)換裝系統(tǒng)能力最大化。在優(yōu)化換裝線的使用中引入時(shí)間片的概念,構(gòu)建了換裝線運(yùn)用優(yōu)化模型,并提出了把換裝線運(yùn)用問題轉(zhuǎn)化為構(gòu)造圖的求解問題。最后,本文以阿拉山口站為例,介紹了車站的站場(chǎng)布局,對(duì)寬軌進(jìn)口貨物列車的作業(yè)流程進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析,并根據(jù)阿拉山口站細(xì)確定了各項(xiàng)作業(yè)的時(shí)間標(biāo)準(zhǔn),計(jì)算了換裝系統(tǒng)的既有能力和流程優(yōu)化后的能力,以及優(yōu)化后設(shè)備的合理配置數(shù)量。
[Abstract]:With President Xi Jinping's strategy of "Belt and Road" put forward in 2013, international railway transport has ushered in an important period of development opportunities. The construction of Silk Road Economic Belt not only provides a solid infrastructure guarantee for international railway transport, but also provides a strong policy support for it. Port station is an important node in the process of international railway transport and an important gateway of our country in the Silk Road economic belt. It is mainly responsible for the transfer of international passenger trains, the transport organization of import and export freight trains, and the transfer of imported goods. With the gradual implementation of the policies of Belt and Road, the demand for international logistics is steadily increasing, and the volume of import and export trade of port stations is also increasing rapidly. As a result, the task of changing loading at port stations is becoming increasingly heavy. Therefore, the transfer capacity is very important for the smooth development of international railway transport. In this paper, the railway port stations in China are briefly summarized, with emphasis on the operation and equipment of railway port stations and customs clearance modes of port stations, according to the different railway gauge and customs clearance modes. The railway port station is divided into "co-location" port station, "two places" port station for changing operation, "two places" port station for changing operation. By analyzing the operation flow of different types of port stations and combining with the design ideas of the existing port stations' yard layout, this paper summarizes the layout patterns of different types of port stations, and provides a reference for the layout design of new port stations. In this paper, the railway port station transfer system is regarded as a three-stage series queuing system. The composition of the queuing system is analyzed. By analyzing the imbalance of the service time of the system and the influence of the interference of the station operation on the capacity of the system. A three-level queuing model of port station transfer system is established. Based on the analysis of the accumulative quantity of arrival and departure train and the relationship between the accumulative quantity of each node train and the time distribution, the equilibrium model of queue length of each node is established with the maximum capacity of the system as the constraint. Solve the reasonable configuration of each node equipment. In the closed loop queueing network system, the input flow is stable, the number of equipments in each link is reasonable, the operation in the system is optimized and the coordination between the jobs is improved, the traffic flow of the system can reach the stable state. Furthermore, the capacity of the replacement system is maximized. In this paper, the concept of time slice is introduced into the use of the optimized transfer line, and the optimal model of the operation of the changing line is constructed, and the problem of how to use the changing line into the solution of the structural diagram is put forward. Finally, taking Alashankou station as an example, this paper introduces the layout of station yard, analyzes the operation flow of wide rail imported freight train in detail, and determines the time standard of each operation according to Alashankou station. The existing capacity of the system and the capacity after flow optimization, as well as the reasonable configuration of the equipment after optimization are calculated.
