高粘度聚合MDI新工藝的工業(yè)化實(shí)施

【摘要】:聚異氰脲酸酯泡沫(PIR)是聚氨酯硬質(zhì)泡沫中的一種,具有重量輕、絕熱效果好、施工方便等特點(diǎn),是未來建筑保溫板材的主流發(fā)展方向。高粘度聚合MDI是生產(chǎn)PIR,板材的主要原料,全球市場每年需求量40萬噸以上,而目前的分離塔生產(chǎn)工藝、短程蒸餾工藝、薄膜蒸發(fā)工藝都存在一定的弊端,無法滿足高質(zhì)量的市場需求。本論文在綜合考慮原有工藝的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)后,設(shè)計(jì)采用了“短程蒸餾+分離塔”組合新工藝,用ASPEN軟件建立過程仿真模型,對(duì)生產(chǎn)高粘度聚合MDI的重要物流組成進(jìn)行模擬計(jì)算,根據(jù)模擬計(jì)算結(jié)果完成高粘度聚合MDI裝置的工業(yè)化設(shè)計(jì)方案并成功實(shí)施。此外還建立了高粘度聚合MDI中二聚體相對(duì)含量分析方法、尺寸穩(wěn)定性及壓縮強(qiáng)度等評(píng)價(jià)手段,完善了高粘度聚合MDI質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)體系。“短程蒸餾+分離塔”新工藝解決了其他工藝存在的填料結(jié)焦、M純度低、純MDI質(zhì)量差等問題,并持續(xù)穩(wěn)定地生產(chǎn)出高質(zhì)量的高粘度聚合MDI產(chǎn)品。產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和產(chǎn)能均達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo),滿足下游市場的需求,創(chuàng)造了較大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益。
[Abstract]:Polyisocyanurate foam (PIR) is one of the rigid polyurethane foams, which has the characteristics of light weight, good heat insulation effect and convenient construction. High viscosity polymerized MDI is the main raw material for the production of PIR, plates, and the global market demand is more than 400000 tons per year. However, the current separation tower production process, short range distillation process and thin film evaporation process all have some drawbacks. Unable to meet high quality market demand. In this paper, after considering the advantages and disadvantages of the original process, a new combined process of "short range distillation separation tower" was designed, and the process simulation model was established by using ASPEN software to simulate and calculate the important logistics components of the production of high viscosity polymerized MDI. According to the simulation results, the industrial design scheme of high viscosity polymerization MDI unit was completed and successfully implemented. In addition, the relative content analysis method, dimensional stability and compressive strength of dimer in high viscosity polymerized MDI were established, and the quality evaluation system of high viscosity polymerized MDI was improved. The new process of "short range distillation and separation tower" has solved the problems of coking of filler, low purity of M and poor quality of pure MDI in other processes, and high quality and high viscosity polymerized MDI products have been produced continuously and stably. The product quality and production capacity reach the design goal, meet the demand of the downstream market, and create greater economic and social benefits.
