【摘要】：隨著社會經濟的發(fā)展，企業(yè)之間的競爭越來越激烈，服務行業(yè)的發(fā)展也越來越繁盛。中國的物流業(yè)也跟隨世界的腳步向前發(fā)展，對于企業(yè)來說將非核心競爭力的物流環(huán)節(jié)外包出去是利用社會專業(yè)化資源的有效方式，它不僅能增強企業(yè)的核心競爭力，而且還可以提高企業(yè)客戶服務水平。但是物流外包給企業(yè)帶來利益的同時，也為企業(yè)帶來了的風險。因此企業(yè)在物流外包過程中，應該提高企業(yè)對風險的意識，并對物流外包活動過程中可能出現的風險進行識別、評價，并且尋求有效的風險控制措施，這對企業(yè)充分發(fā)揮物流外包帶來的優(yōu)勢有著重要的現實意義。 本文從物流外包的理論知識、物流外包風險、物流外包風險管理的現狀出發(fā)，為本文研究奠定了理論基礎。其次，對A汽車零部件企業(yè)的物流外包現狀進行詳細的分析，并從中識別出A企業(yè)物流外包過程中可能存在的風險，，再利用以風險矩陣為基礎結合Borda序值法和區(qū)間判斷矩陣的層次分析法綜合構建的風險評估模型對A汽車零部件企業(yè)的物流外包風險進行評估。最后得出A企業(yè)物流外包過程中各風險的權重，針對A汽車零部件企業(yè)物流外包過程中存在的風險的嚴重程度提出合理的防范措施。 本文對A企業(yè)物流外包風險管理系統不僅可以用于其他國內汽車零部件供應企業(yè)對物流外包過程中存在的風險進行評估,而且也為風險管理過程提供一定的參考價值。另外，通過本文對A汽車零部件企業(yè)物流外包風險的識別、評估，可以有針對性的對A汽車零部件企業(yè)物流外包過程中存在的風險制定合理的風險防范措施，可以有效的降低避免不了的風險所產生的損失。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy, the competition between enterprises is more and more fierce, and the development of service industry is more and more prosperous. China's logistics industry is also following the pace of the world's development. Outsourcing the non-core competitiveness of logistics is an effective way to utilize social specialized resources for enterprises, it can not only enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. And can also improve the level of customer service. But the logistics outsourcing brings benefits to the enterprise, but also brings the risk to the enterprise. Therefore, in the process of logistics outsourcing, enterprises should enhance their awareness of risks, identify and evaluate the risks that may occur in the process of logistics outsourcing activities, and seek effective risk control measures. This has important practical significance for enterprises to give full play to the advantages brought by logistics outsourcing. Based on the theoretical knowledge of logistics outsourcing and the present situation of logistics outsourcing risk management, this paper lays a theoretical foundation for this study. Secondly, the status quo of logistics outsourcing of A automobile parts enterprises is analyzed in detail, and the possible risks in the process of logistics outsourcing of A enterprises are identified. Then the risk assessment model based on risk matrix combined with Borda order value method and interval judgment matrix is used to evaluate the logistics outsourcing risk of A auto parts enterprise. Finally, the weight of each risk in the process of logistics outsourcing of A enterprise is obtained, and the reasonable preventive measures are put forward in view of the severity of the risks in the process of logistics outsourcing of A automobile parts enterprises. In this paper, the risk management system of logistics outsourcing in enterprise A can not only be used to evaluate the risks in the process of logistics outsourcing by other domestic auto parts suppliers, but also provide a certain reference value for the risk management process. In addition, through the identification and evaluation of logistics outsourcing risks of A auto parts enterprises, we can formulate reasonable risk prevention measures against the risks existing in the logistics outsourcing process of A auto parts enterprises. It can effectively reduce the loss caused by the unavoidable risk.
