WX公司基于ERP系統(tǒng)的BPR應(yīng)用研究
[Abstract]:Since 2012, the international market has been depressed, the economy continues to be depressed, China's economic growth has declined, the iron tower and steel structure manufacturing industry market has become saturated, and the overall environment is not optimistic. Rising labor costs, rising prices and a depressed market are putting more pressure on companies. The key to the sustainable development of steel structure enterprises is to enhance their own management ability, operation efficiency and service ability, if they want to base themselves on the market and win opportunities under such a bad economic environment. An important way to improve the core competitiveness and management level of enterprises is to integrate the two types of enterprises in the steel structure manufacturing industry, and to realize automation and informatization in the enterprises themselves. The automation of informatization is to improve the efficiency of enterprise operation by implementing ERP business process reengineering (BPR). The ERP system integrates advanced management concepts and information technology, and WX integrates internal and external logistics and capital flows through business processes. Information flow and other enterprise resources, and through the sharing of information resources, improve the operation mechanism of WX company, improve the efficiency of enterprise operation, improve the ability of cooperative work and the overall management level of enterprises, and enhance the competitiveness and management efficiency. The primary premise of implementing ERP is to reorganize and optimize the original business process. Implementation of a customer-oriented, process-centric process system. Taking WX Company as an example, this paper puts forward a way to realize the informatization of BPR (BPR) based on ERP system. This method breaks through the limitation of the process based on the current functional department, from the customer's point of view, determines the long-term goal of WX information company, takes the thought of process reengineering as the core, and carries on the scientific and reasonable process reengineering on the basis of ERP. In this paper, we first analyze the SWOT competitiveness of WX company and find out the problems in the organizational structure. Then we use the SIPOC method to explain the sales and purchasing business process examples in detail. The ASME method is used to analyze the problems existing in the process of sales and purchase, and the solutions and suggestions to these problems are given. The ESIA method is used to optimize and reorganize the sales and procurement process, thus forming a business process that is more suitable for the development of the company at present, and establishing safeguard measures and systems to ensure the smooth implementation of the project, thus solving the difficulties faced by the company at present.
