廣東省儲備糧東莞直屬庫三期擴建工程可行性研究報告
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of social economy in Guangdong Province, the resident population and floating population have increased rapidly, and the grain consumption in the whole province has increased sharply. However, the cultivated land area and the total grain output in Guangdong Province have decreased, and commodity grain is mainly solved by outsourcing. The task of balancing the total amount of grain is rather heavy. In order to meet the requirements of the new form, it is necessary to strengthen the management and macro-control of grain reserves at the provincial level in Guangdong Province, increase the infrastructure construction of grain circulation, establish a sound grain logistics and reserve system, and communicate and expand grain circulation channels inside and outside the province. To ensure the grain security of Guangdong Province, to improve the ability of grain security to resist risks, and to ensure the balance of total grain quantity in Guangdong Province. As the core storehouse of Guangdong Province's grain depot, Dongguan is located in the 5000 mu international food industry park planned for construction in Dongguan City. It is located at 1# berth in the Xinshanan operation area of Humen Port in Magong Town, and in the west of Lion Ocean. South of the Tanshui River, a total area of 463 mu, with 50,000 tons of deep water coastline 325 meters, thousands of tons of inland river shore line 800 meters. According to the general guiding ideology of "building the Pearl River Grain Corridor with the goal of dispersing the grain in and out, forming a link with the grain logistics of the whole country and regulating the grain depot network in the whole province", Dongguan's immediate warehouse is located with transit as the core. Depending on the port, planning and construction of four functional areas, such as grain reserve area, intermediate transfer area, wharf operation area and comprehensive supporting service area, will form a pattern of joint development of warehousing, transit, processing, commercial flow and logistics. Furthermore, we should build a modern grain logistics system with perfect function, advanced facilities, scientific management and powerful regulation and control. The total storage capacity of the Dongguan warehouse is 1.6 million tons, with a total capacity of 1.6 million tons, a berth of 150 thousand tons of port and wharf and five kiloton inland river berths, as well as two 1000 ton / hour unloading lines and two 500t / h loading lines. The annual transfer capacity of the wharf is 3 million tons. According to the principle that the overall plan of the project is put into place once and step by step, the main construction contents of the first phase of the Dongguan immediate warehouse at present include 220000 tons of shallower silo and its supporting production, as well as auxiliary living facilities, which have been completed and put into operation in June 2008. Has formed 220000 tons of storage capacity, 500 tons per hour vehicle received, 500 tons per hour vehicle distribution capacity. At present, the second phase of the project is under construction. The construction contents include 100000 tons of reinforced concrete shallow circular silo, 100000 tons of reinforced concrete silo and its supporting production facilities, production shift dormitory, etc. Based on the existing resources, proposed projects and expected objectives of the Dongguan immediate bank, the key issues to be solved are: (1) based on the analysis and study of the technical and economic indicators of the project, the key issues to be solved are: (1) based on the guarantee of food security, In order to reduce the logistics cost of grain reserves, the necessity of the third phase expansion project of Dongguan directly under the storehouse is clearly judged through analysis and demonstration. (2) to make detailed feasibility analysis on the location of the project, carrying out the extension project of the directly affiliated storehouse, its surrounding geographical environment, basic conditions, traffic conditions, logistics conditions, etc., and put forward some suggestions for improvement and improvement. (3) synthesizing all kinds of engineering schemes, comparing and analyzing their technical and economic feasibility, and giving some suggestions under the condition of ensuring safe storage. The results of this study can provide decision support for the implementation of the third phase project of Dongguan directly under the storage of grain reserves in Guangdong Province, and also have some reference significance for the construction of similar projects.
