【摘要】：近年來,隨著信息技術(shù)的大力發(fā)展,企業(yè)為增強競爭力,不斷通過信息化的技術(shù)提高企業(yè)的經(jīng)營與管理水平。ERP作為當前先進的企業(yè)管理理論,成為了提高企業(yè)競爭力的有力條件,其通過對資金流與物流、信息流的統(tǒng)一管理,使企業(yè)的現(xiàn)有成本可以得到有效的調(diào)配,從而得到最大經(jīng)濟效益。實時收集企業(yè)信息,對企業(yè)經(jīng)營活動進行有效的事前預算與事中控制。目前,我國大多數(shù)企業(yè)的財務系統(tǒng)仍舊處于信息孤島,無法實現(xiàn)與其他業(yè)務系統(tǒng)的協(xié)同合作,為加強企業(yè)的財務管理水平,實施ERP財務系統(tǒng)則成為必然。本文以中國信達資產(chǎn)管理公司為研究對象,選取中潤經(jīng)濟發(fā)展有限責任公司(以下簡稱“中潤發(fā)展”)為中國信達旗下的子公司作為具體事例。從信達財務平臺二期項目進行中的實際情況出發(fā),重點針對Oracle EBS在財務管理系統(tǒng)上的實施,以及結(jié)合在項目中實際參與的工作,具體描述項目從“需求分析與調(diào)研——系統(tǒng)關(guān)鍵配置——系統(tǒng)實施——系統(tǒng)測試”在工作過程中的參與情況,分步驟闡述出在中潤發(fā)展子公司財會平臺二期項目中,此次EBS R12軟件在財務管理上實施的必要步驟及其重點,關(guān)鍵模塊的設置以及配置進行應用,直到項目上線,團隊進入后期運維,可以實現(xiàn)哪些有不同實施過程。以及項目結(jié)束后Oracle EBS R12在中潤發(fā)展中的實際應用能夠達到的效果進行闡述。最終實現(xiàn)的目標是中潤發(fā)展的財務管理人員可以使用該系統(tǒng)順利實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)財務核算、財務分析、內(nèi)部控制,規(guī)范業(yè)務與財務管理。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of information technology, enterprises improve their management and management level through information technology in order to enhance their competitiveness. ERP is the current advanced theory of enterprise management. Through the unified management of capital flow, logistics and information flow, the existing cost of enterprises can be effectively allocated and the maximum economic benefit can be obtained. Collect enterprise information in real-time, carry on effective budget and control in advance to the business activity of the enterprise. At present, the financial system of most enterprises of our country is still in the information isolated island, unable to realize the cooperation with other business systems. In order to strengthen the financial management level of the enterprise, it is inevitable to implement the ERP financial system. This paper takes China Cinda Asset Management Company as the research object, and selects China run Economic Development Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongrun Development") as the specific example of China Cinda's subsidiary company. Based on the actual situation of the second phase project of Cinda Financial platform, the emphasis is put on the implementation of Oracle EBS in the financial management system and the actual participation in the project. This paper describes the participation of the project in the working process of "requirement Analysis and Research-system key configuration-system implementation-system Test", and expounds the second phase of the project in the second phase of the financial accounting platform of Zhongrun's subsidiary company. This EBS R12 software in the financial management implementation of the necessary steps and their focus, key module settings and configuration to be applied, until the project line, the team into the late operation and maintenance, which can be implemented in different implementation processes. And after the end of the project Oracle EBS R 12 in the development of the actual application of the results can be achieved. The final goal is that the financial managers can use the system to realize financial accounting, financial analysis, internal control, business and financial management.
