鐵路人車一體化運(yùn)輸方法及小汽車輔助裝卸設(shè)備的設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:旅客長途差旅時(shí),為了避免目的地城市諸如打車難、公共交通發(fā)展不完善、需要頻繁換乘等不便利因素,通常會(huì)希望帶上自己的小汽車,以方便目的地城市的出行。但是,昂貴的道路通行費(fèi)用及燃油消耗使得長距離汽車出行成本增高,還易于產(chǎn)生疲勞和交通事故。相反,鐵路在中長途運(yùn)輸中具有優(yōu)勢(shì),因此,本文構(gòu)想通過創(chuàng)新運(yùn)輸方式,使得鐵路能在高時(shí)效下同時(shí)運(yùn)輸乘客及乘客所攜帶的小汽車。在具體分析了鐵路旅客運(yùn)輸和小汽車物流的特點(diǎn)之后,提出了“客運(yùn)特點(diǎn)的人車一體化運(yùn)輸模式”,該模式下,旅客運(yùn)輸車和小汽車運(yùn)輸車固定編組連掛,以普通客運(yùn)列車組織運(yùn)行方式運(yùn)營,能在較高的時(shí)效性下同時(shí)運(yùn)送旅客及其攜帶的小汽車。本文對(duì)“客運(yùn)特點(diǎn)人車一體化運(yùn)輸模式”進(jìn)行了研究討論,并從設(shè)備層面出發(fā),介紹了該模式下,汽車裝卸的具體運(yùn)行方式:通過改造汽車運(yùn)輸車和設(shè)置站臺(tái)裝卸設(shè)備,實(shí)現(xiàn)小汽車借助站臺(tái)設(shè)備從側(cè)面裝卸。最后,選取小汽車裝卸設(shè)備作為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)小汽車裝卸設(shè)備的機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)以及控制系統(tǒng)做出了設(shè)計(jì)。本文在兩個(gè)方面做出探討:1、客運(yùn)特點(diǎn)人車一體化運(yùn)輸模式的研究。在人與車的集成中,實(shí)現(xiàn)兩種不同對(duì)象的屬性歸一是一體化運(yùn)輸前提,構(gòu)建合理的運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)是一體化運(yùn)輸?shù)谋WC。文中具體研究了將旅客特征賦予汽車運(yùn)輸以實(shí)現(xiàn)屬性歸一的方法,介紹了構(gòu)建一體化運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)所包含的內(nèi)容,從設(shè)備運(yùn)用方面,介紹了該模式下小汽車裝卸設(shè)備和運(yùn)載車廂的具體設(shè)計(jì)要求。2、小汽車裝卸設(shè)備的設(shè)計(jì)。根據(jù)客運(yùn)特點(diǎn)人車一體化運(yùn)輸模式的要求,對(duì)小汽車裝卸設(shè)備的機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)以及控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)滿足了將汽車側(cè)向裝入運(yùn)載車廂的要求,控制系統(tǒng)以PLC為主控核心,并通過人機(jī)界面顯示設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀態(tài)和修改系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部參數(shù)。
[Abstract]:In order to avoid the difficulty of taxi, the development of public transportation and the need of frequent transfer, passengers usually want to take their own cars to facilitate the travel of the destination city. However, high road tolls and fuel consumption increase the travel cost of long distance vehicles and cause fatigue and traffic accidents. On the contrary, the railway has the advantage in the medium and long distance transportation. Therefore, this paper conceive that by innovating the transportation mode, the railway can transport the passenger and the car carried by the passenger at the same time under the high time limit. After analyzing the characteristics of railway passenger transport and car logistics, this paper puts forward the "passenger transport mode of passenger transport characteristics", under which the passenger transport vehicle and the car transport vehicle are fixed and connected. Running in a general passenger train organization mode, it can transport passengers and their cars simultaneously in high timeliness. In this paper, the characteristics of passenger transportation are studied and discussed, and from the aspect of equipment, the specific operation mode of automobile loading and unloading is introduced: through reforming the vehicle transport vehicle and setting up platform loading and unloading equipment, The car can be loaded and unloaded from the side with platform equipment. Finally, the mechanical structure and control system of the car loading and unloading equipment are designed. In this paper, two aspects are discussed: 1, passenger transport characteristics of the integration of passenger transport mode. In the integration of human and vehicle, it is the premise of integrated transportation to realize the attribute normalization of two different objects, and the construction of reasonable transportation system is the guarantee of integrated transportation. This paper concretely studies the method of assigning passenger characteristics to automobile transportation to realize attribute homogeneity, and introduces the contents of constructing integrated transportation system, from the aspect of equipment application, This paper introduces the design requirements of the car loading and unloading equipment and carriage under this mode. 2. The design of the car loading and unloading equipment. According to the requirements of the integrated transport mode of passenger transportation, the mechanical structure and control system of the loading and unloading equipment for cars are designed. The mechanical structure design meets the requirement of loading the vehicle sideways into the carriage. The control system takes PLC as the main control core and displays the running state of the equipment and modifies the internal parameters of the system through the man-machine interface.
