【摘要】：目前我國鐵路集裝箱多式聯運處于快速發(fā)展階段,為不斷加強鐵路集裝箱多式聯運的市場經營能力,應充分借鑒北美鐵路集裝箱多式聯運的發(fā)展經驗。在闡述北美鐵路集裝箱多式聯運發(fā)展概況的基礎上,從市場經營、運輸產品、綜合物流服務、裝備創(chuàng)新、信息系統等方面分析北美鐵路發(fā)展集裝箱多式聯運的經驗與特點,提出我國鐵路發(fā)展集裝箱多式聯運的策略,即細分多式聯運市場、完善聯運設施設備、提高產品服務質量、構建多方協作機制、實現聯運信息交換共享。
[Abstract]:At present, railway container multimodal transport in our country is in the rapid development stage. In order to strengthen the market management ability of railway container multimodal transport, we should fully learn from the development experience of North American railway container multimodal transport. On the basis of expounding the general situation of container multimodal transport of North American Railway, this paper analyzes the experience and characteristics of North American Railway in developing container multimodal transport from the aspects of market management, transportation products, integrated logistics service, equipment innovation, information system, etc. The strategy of developing container multimodal transport by railway in China is put forward, that is, subdividing the market of multimodal transport, perfecting the equipment of intermodal transport facilities, improving the quality of product and service, constructing the mechanism of multi-party cooperation, and realizing the information exchange and sharing of intermodal transport.
