汽車混流生產(chǎn)線總裝物料輸送方式的優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:為了適應(yīng)市場需求,混流生產(chǎn)模式成為大勢所趨。然而,混流生產(chǎn)模式對于產(chǎn)品的物料運(yùn)輸要求較高,因為這決定了汽車生產(chǎn)線中的物流成本和效率。因此,降低物流運(yùn)輸成本、提高物流運(yùn)輸效率將是研究的首要問題。由此可知,為了降低物流運(yùn)輸成本和提高物流運(yùn)輸效率,應(yīng)對現(xiàn)有的物流技術(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化改造的專項研究。本文就此進(jìn)行了深度分析。首先,本文詳細(xì)闡明了汽車混流生產(chǎn)中物料輸送的基本理論,找出了現(xiàn)有物流體系中三個主要層面(作業(yè)層面、規(guī)劃層面和計劃層面)存在的問題;其次,本文對現(xiàn)有的這些問題作出了成因分析,并以此為根據(jù)確定了物料輸送體系的優(yōu)化方向,與此同時,依據(jù)JIT生產(chǎn)方式衍生出了更符合實際生產(chǎn)物流需求的JITD物料輸送理論,綜合優(yōu)化方向和JITD,在理論層面提供了一套詳細(xì)的優(yōu)化方案,其中包括物料存儲、物料輸送、信息管理和物流流程等優(yōu)化措施。最后,將東風(fēng)日產(chǎn)鄭州工廠總裝車間內(nèi)飾線作為研究對象,找出生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場物料輸送存在的實際問題,以理論優(yōu)化方案為支撐,為總裝內(nèi)飾線提供物料區(qū)集配、AGV牽引以及上下線機(jī)構(gòu)等三個方面的優(yōu)化策略,并對優(yōu)化結(jié)果給予分析和評價。本文不僅在理論上對物料輸送體系進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,而且還結(jié)合了理論優(yōu)化方案,對實際生產(chǎn)線進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化改造。結(jié)果表明,本文針對物料輸送體系的優(yōu)化,在降低物流成本的同時還提高了作業(yè)效率。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the needs of the market, the mixed production model has become the trend of the times. However, the mixed production mode requires high material transportation because it determines the logistics cost and efficiency in the automobile production line. Therefore, reducing the cost of logistics transportation and improving the efficiency of logistics transportation will be the primary problem. Therefore, in order to reduce the cost of logistics transportation and improve the efficiency of logistics transportation, the existing logistics technology should be optimized and reformed. In this paper, a deep analysis is carried out. Firstly, this paper expounds the basic theory of material transportation in automobile mixed flow production, and finds out the existing problems in the three main levels of logistics system (operational level, planning level and planning level). Secondly, this paper makes an analysis of the causes of these problems, and determines the optimization direction of the material transportation system based on this, at the same time, According to the JIT mode of production, the theory of JITD material transportation, which is more suitable to the actual production logistics demand, is derived. The optimization direction and JITD, provide a set of detailed optimization schemes at the theoretical level, including material storage, material transportation, etc. Information management and logistics process optimization measures. Finally, taking the interior line of the assembly workshop of Zhengzhou factory of Dongfeng Nissan as the research object, finding out the practical problems existing in the material transportation in the production site, taking the theoretical optimization scheme as the support, providing the material area distribution for the assembly inner decoration line. The optimization strategies of AGV traction and upper and lower line mechanism are analyzed and evaluated. This paper not only optimizes the material conveying system theoretically, but also optimizes the actual production line by combining the theoretical optimization scheme. The results show that the optimization of material delivery system not only reduces the cost of logistics, but also improves the efficiency of operation.
