[Abstract]:Along with the economic globalization, the further strengthening of the global integration trend, the enterprise human cost continues to increase, the price of raw materials is also increasing, which requires enterprises to achieve efficient operation. The second workshop of Shenyang A Enterprise is the precision parts manufacturing workshop of A Company, especially due to a series of factors such as the increase of raw material price, the increase of employee labor cost, especially the increasingly fierce competition among homogeneous enterprises in recent years. As a manufacturing enterprise, A Company needs to improve its product quality and optimize the allocation of resources. This paper first analyzes the source and characteristics of lean management thought, and analyzes the current situation of the second workshop under the premise of lean thought, including the second workshop production line, product efficiency, cost, logistics and other indicators. Especially in the second workshop, the present production efficiency is low, the inventory is large, and so on. The possibility and feasibility of lean production are analyzed by using lean thought. Secondly, under the guidance of lean theory, this paper starts from the present situation of the second workshop of company A, selects the second workshop HTC project suitable for lean transformation, and studies how to carry out the layout transformation and logistics transformation of the workshop. All staff quality management and other aspects of lean transformation. The lean transformation of the second workshop of Shenyang A Company can effectively reduce waste and improve production efficiency. Thirdly, the paper formulates the concrete measures of how to carry out lean transformation in the second workshop of Shenyang A Company, and predicts the obstacles that may be encountered in the process of transformation. In the whole organization of the thesis, there are five parts in the thesis. The first part is the introduction part, which mainly introduces the research background, research significance, writing method and innovation; The second part is the second chapter of the article, is the theory of lean production, the third part is the third chapter of the article, mainly analyzes the impact factors of lean transformation in the second workshop of A company. The fourth part is the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter of the article, mainly through the case analysis, discusses the process of lean transformation of the second workshop of A company; the last part is the conclusion of the article, summarizes the article. This paper takes the lean transformation process of the second workshop of Shenyang A Company as the research object, which has practicability and maneuverability. The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for A Company to implement Lean Management on a large scale and other manufacturing industries to implement Lean Management.
