JS航運物流公司人才流失與解決方案設計

【摘要】:隨著改革開放的加深和中國加入WTO之后,國內(nèi)各個行業(yè)都取得了發(fā)展,航運物流作為國內(nèi)比較新起的行業(yè),發(fā)展日新月異,如今已經(jīng)成為我國國民經(jīng)濟的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)之一。然而,作為一個新興的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),航運物流行業(yè)的人才流失狀況十分嚴重。一方面,由于行業(yè)發(fā)展極其迅猛,眾多企業(yè)在發(fā)展的過程中,只注重業(yè)務的拓展,而忽略了公司內(nèi)部員工個人的培養(yǎng)和職業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃,導致公司員工在工作到一定年限之后便離開公司;另一方面,航運物流的專業(yè)性導致高端人才的供應稀缺。鑒于此,筆者認為目前航運物流人才流失的現(xiàn)象是目前企業(yè)必須慎重考慮,謹慎解決的當務之急,否則會影響到企業(yè)的健康、可持續(xù)發(fā)展。針對人才流失情況,筆者結(jié)合國內(nèi)外人才流失、人才激勵、心理契約等相關的理論著作和研究,并挑選了JS公司作為研究對象,深入JS公司內(nèi)部調(diào)研,通過問卷調(diào)查、人物訪談等多種手段,并在此基礎上,結(jié)合專家學者們的理論成果,分析JS公司人才流失現(xiàn)狀的背后原因,再結(jié)合JS公司實際發(fā)展情況,針對JS公司人才流失現(xiàn)狀的背后原因,設計應對措施,改善JS公司人才流失的問題。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of reform and opening up and China's entry into WTO, domestic industries have made progress. Shipping logistics, as a relatively new industry in China, has been developing with each passing day, and has become one of the pillar industries of our national economy. However, as a new pillar industry, shipping logistics industry brain drain is very serious. On the one hand, due to the extremely rapid development of the industry, many enterprises only pay attention to the expansion of business, while neglecting the personal training and career development planning of employees in the company. Causes the company staff to leave the company after working for a certain number of years; On the other hand, the specialization of shipping logistics leads to the scarcity of high-end talents. In view of this, the author believes that the current phenomenon of shipping logistics brain drain is the urgent matter that enterprises must carefully consider and carefully solve, otherwise it will affect the health and sustainable development of enterprises. Aiming at the situation of brain drain, the author combines the theoretical works and research on brain drain, talent motivation, psychological contract and so on at home and abroad, and selects JS Company as the object of study, goes deep into the internal investigation of JS Company, and makes a questionnaire survey. On the basis of personage interview and the theoretical results of experts and scholars, this paper analyzes the reasons behind the brain drain of JS Company, and then combines the actual development of JS Company, aiming at the reasons behind the current situation of brain drain in JS Company. Design countermeasures to improve the brain drain of JS.
