【摘要】：進入21世紀,中國對農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展愈發(fā)重視,連續(xù)十四年發(fā)布的中央一號文件均重點關注農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展,農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展正在由傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)向農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化進行轉變,種植業(yè)是農(nóng)業(yè)基礎部分,推動種植業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展將有助于解決農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化起步問題,也為其他農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)化提供借鑒與參考。本文選取百色市作為研究區(qū)域,近年來,百色市種植業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展迅速,部分種植產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化水平較高,尤其以芒果產(chǎn)業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展較為成熟。但同時也看到了百色市種植業(yè)在產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展道路上的不足,種植結構多元化不足、組織化程度較低、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈延伸不夠等。因此,本文旨在從產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的角度研究百色市種植業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展,以區(qū)域經(jīng)濟理論、規(guī)模經(jīng)濟理論、產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟理論等為理論支持,以百色市種植業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀為研究基礎,運用SWOT分析法對百色市種植業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機會、挑戰(zhàn)進行全面分析。分別從百色市種植業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)體系、生產(chǎn)體系、經(jīng)營體系三方面提出實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展對策,產(chǎn)業(yè)上鞏固現(xiàn)有優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè),完善產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的不足,實現(xiàn)新興種植產(chǎn)業(yè)的突破,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工業(yè)、物流業(yè)向產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展。生產(chǎn)上裝備現(xiàn)代化種植器械,控肥控藥推廣生態(tài)種植,建設示范園區(qū)帶動區(qū)域整體發(fā)展。經(jīng)營體系方面以產(chǎn)業(yè)化龍頭企業(yè)、農(nóng)民合作社等新型經(jīng)營主體為主,推動種植業(yè)社會化服務、農(nóng)村三次產(chǎn)業(yè)融合等實現(xiàn)經(jīng)營體系的產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In the 21st century, China has paid more and more attention to the development of agriculture. The first document issued by the Central Committee for 14 consecutive years has focused on the development of agriculture. The development of agricultural economy is changing from traditional agriculture to agricultural industrialization. Planting is the basic part of agriculture. To promote the industrialization of planting will help to solve the problem of agricultural industrialization and provide reference for other agricultural industries to realize industrialization. In this paper, Baise City is chosen as the research area. In recent years, the industrialization of planting industry in Baise City has developed rapidly, and the level of industrialization of some planting industries is relatively high, especially the industrialization of mango industry is more mature. But at the same time, we can see the shortage of planting industry in the road of industrialization development in Baise City, the diversification of planting structure is insufficient, the degree of organization is low, and the extension of industrial chain is not enough, etc. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to study the industrialization of planting industry in Baise City from the perspective of industrial development, with the regional economic theory, the theory of scale economy, the theory of industrial economy as the theoretical support, and the present situation of the industrialization of planting industry in Baise as the research basis. This paper analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of the industrialization of planting industry in Baise City by using SWOT analysis method. From three aspects of the industrial system, production system and management system of planting industry in Baise City, the paper puts forward the countermeasures to realize the industrialization development, to consolidate the existing superior industries, to perfect the deficiencies of the industrial development, and to realize the breakthrough of the new planting industry. Agricultural products processing industry, logistics industry to industrialization development. The production is equipped with modern planting instruments, fertilizer control and drug control to promote ecological planting, and the construction of demonstration parks to promote the overall development of the region. In the aspect of management system, the main body of the management system is the leading enterprises of industrialization and the farmers' cooperatives, which promote the socialized service of planting industry and realize the industrialization development of the management system through the integration of three industries in the countryside.
