【摘要】：隨著我國對外貿(mào)易和電子商務(wù)的快速發(fā)展,我國現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)正處于快速發(fā)展的時期。而航空物流業(yè)是現(xiàn)代物流產(chǎn)業(yè)重要組成部分,以其獨(dú)特的運(yùn)輸優(yōu)勢,而逐漸被人們所熟識。航空物流園區(qū)作為近些年繁榮發(fā)展的一種新型物流服務(wù)業(yè)態(tài),以其產(chǎn)業(yè)附加價值高、經(jīng)濟(jì)帶動區(qū)域面廣等特點(diǎn),受到全國各大城市的青睞,在全國各地大批建設(shè)。但目前我國在航空物流園區(qū)規(guī)劃實踐還處于探索階段,沒有完善的理論支撐和成熟案例的借鑒,使得國內(nèi)航空物流園區(qū)在初期規(guī)劃建設(shè)過程中存在一定的盲目性和隨意性,在一定程度上制約航空物流園區(qū)的未來發(fā)展。本文從我國航空物流業(yè)現(xiàn)狀、開發(fā)建設(shè)模式等方面著手,結(jié)合了航空物流園區(qū)的相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)理論,通過對國內(nèi)外相似園區(qū)的案例分析,總結(jié)了航空物流園區(qū)的發(fā)展建設(shè)經(jīng)驗。并結(jié)合對長春市區(qū)域空間、物流業(yè)發(fā)展及機(jī)場區(qū)域的發(fā)展特點(diǎn),在此基礎(chǔ)上對長春航空物流園區(qū)的發(fā)展條件進(jìn)行態(tài)勢分析。最后分析了長春航空物流園區(qū)的規(guī)劃設(shè)計優(yōu)劣勢,并據(jù)此重點(diǎn)論述長春市航空物流園區(qū)在發(fā)展理念、園區(qū)定位、空間布局、規(guī)劃實施方面的規(guī)劃策略,最后論述了長春航空物流園區(qū)的未來發(fā)展建議,探討長春航空物流園區(qū)的發(fā)展方向。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's foreign trade and electronic commerce, the modern logistics industry in China is in a period of rapid development. Aviation logistics industry is an important part of modern logistics industry, because of its unique transport advantages, it is gradually known by people. As a new type of logistics service, aviation logistics park has been built in large numbers all over the country because of its high industry added value and wide economic driving area. However, at present, the planning practice of aviation logistics park in our country is still in the exploratory stage, without the perfect theoretical support and the reference of mature cases, which makes the domestic aviation logistics park have certain blindness and randomness in the initial planning and construction process. To some extent, it restricts the future development of air logistics park. In this paper, from the current situation of aviation logistics industry in China, the development and construction model, combined with the basic theory of aviation logistics park, through the case analysis of similar parks at home and abroad, summed up the experience of development and construction of aviation logistics parks. Based on the characteristics of Changchun regional space, logistics industry and airport area, the development conditions of Changchun Aeronautical Logistics Park are analyzed. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages of the planning and design of Changchun Aviation Logistics Park are analyzed, and the planning strategies of Changchun Aeronautical Logistics Park in the aspects of development concept, park location, spatial layout, planning and implementation are discussed. Finally, the paper discusses the future development suggestions of Changchun Aviation Logistics Park and discusses the development direction of Changchun Aviation Logistics Park.
