【摘要】：我國(guó)肉類消費(fèi)習(xí)慣以食用豬肉為主,河南省作為中部養(yǎng)豬主產(chǎn)區(qū),存在畜產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量管控標(biāo)準(zhǔn)缺乏、食品安全信任危機(jī)事件時(shí)有發(fā)生、豬舍環(huán)境污染嚴(yán)重、畜禽糞水違規(guī)超標(biāo)排放、農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)道德風(fēng)險(xiǎn)增大等諸多問(wèn)題,嚴(yán)重制約了河南省養(yǎng)豬業(yè)的發(fā)展。基于此,筆者通過(guò)對(duì)養(yǎng)殖產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈上、下游各環(huán)節(jié)的考察和調(diào)研,提出了河南省豬產(chǎn)業(yè)化"八統(tǒng)一"模式,即"統(tǒng)一種源、統(tǒng)一環(huán)境控制、統(tǒng)一生物安全、統(tǒng)一生產(chǎn)管理、統(tǒng)一信息化管理、統(tǒng)一毛豬購(gòu)銷、統(tǒng)一物流、統(tǒng)一融資擔(dān)保"。實(shí)現(xiàn)了市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和畜產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的提升,鑄就了食品安全,可以大范圍推廣。
[Abstract]:Meat consumption in China is dominated by pork consumption. As the main pig breeding area in central China, Henan Province has a lack of quality control standards for livestock products, food safety trust crisis events occur from time to time, and the environment pollution of pig houses is serious. Many problems, such as illegal discharge of livestock and poultry feces and increased moral hazard of agricultural insurance, have seriously restricted the development of pig industry in Henan Province. Based on this, the author, through the investigation and investigation of various links in the chain of farming industry and downstream, put forward the "eight unified" mode of pig industrialization in Henan Province, that is, "unifying provenance, unifying environmental control, unifying biological safety, unifying production management". Unified information management, unified Mao pig purchase and marketing, unified logistics, unified financing guarantee. Realized the market competition ability and the livestock product quality enhancement, has cast the food safety, may popularize in a large scale.
