綜合服務(wù)型物流園區(qū)運(yùn)營績效評價研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, the construction process of the integrated service logistics park in our country has been accelerated obviously. The comprehensive service logistics park plays an increasingly important role in promoting the development of logistics industry and even the local economy. But objectively speaking, the comprehensive service logistics park plays an increasingly important role in promoting the development of local economy. The construction of logistics infrastructure of integrated service logistics park still lags behind the market demand, the development level is on the low side, the operation efficiency is low, and there are many problems and puzzles in the development of integrated service logistics park. This paper mainly evaluates the operation performance of the integrated service logistics park, establishes a scientific and reasonable index system of the comprehensive service logistics park operation performance, and selects the appropriate evaluation method. The systematic evaluation of the integrated service logistics park makes the managers of the park have a reasonable judgment on the development direction of the integrated service logistics park, and find out the problems existing in the park operation according to the evaluation results. Firstly, this paper analyzes a large number of literatures, discusses the current situation of domestic and foreign scholars' research on the performance evaluation of logistics park operation, and grasps the research direction of this paper. Secondly, the key factors affecting the operation of integrated service logistics park are briefly analyzed, including logistics operation efficiency, logistics service quality, information level, economic benefits and social benefits. Then, according to the design principle of the performance evaluation index system of integrated service logistics park, the evaluation index system of integrated service logistics park operation performance is constructed, and the selection and evaluation algorithm of each index are analyzed. At the same time, the principal component analysis method, entropy weight method and grey correlation method are combined scientifically, and the evaluation model based on principal component analysis-grey entropy weight method is put forward. In this model, the principal component analysis method is used to screen the original evaluation indexes to reduce the number of the selected indexes, and the grey entropy weight method is used to evaluate the operation performance of the integrated service logistics park. Finally, taking a comprehensive service logistics park in Liaoning as an example, according to the historical data of the park, combined with the index system and evaluation model established in this paper, the paper evaluates the operation performance of the integrated service logistics park. The rationality and validity of index system and evaluation method are verified.
