【摘要】：近年來,我國綜合服務(wù)型物流園區(qū)建設(shè)進(jìn)程明顯加快,綜合服務(wù)型物流園區(qū)在促進(jìn)物流行業(yè)乃至地方經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的作用日益明顯,但客觀地說,綜合服務(wù)型物流園區(qū)的物流基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)仍然明顯滯后于市場需要,發(fā)展水平偏低,運(yùn)營效率低下,綜合服務(wù)型物流園區(qū)發(fā)展存在諸多問題和困惑。本文主要針對綜合服務(wù)型物流園區(qū)運(yùn)營績效進(jìn)行評價,建立科學(xué)合理的綜合服務(wù)型物流園區(qū)運(yùn)營績效評價指標(biāo)體系,選擇適當(dāng)評價方法,系統(tǒng)性的對綜合服務(wù)型物流園區(qū)做出科學(xué)的評價,使得園區(qū)運(yùn)營管理者對目前綜合服務(wù)型物流園區(qū)發(fā)展方向有一個合理的判斷,并根據(jù)評價結(jié)果找出園區(qū)運(yùn)營存在的問題。 本文首先對大量文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行綜合分析,論述了國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對物流園區(qū)運(yùn)營績效評價的研究現(xiàn)狀,掌握了本論文的研究方向。其次,對影響綜合服務(wù)型物流園區(qū)運(yùn)營關(guān)鍵因素做了簡要分析,從物流作業(yè)效率、物流服務(wù)質(zhì)量、信息化水平、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會效益五個方面進(jìn)行分析。然后根據(jù)綜合服務(wù)型物流園區(qū)運(yùn)營績效評價指標(biāo)體系的設(shè)計原則,構(gòu)建了綜合服務(wù)型物流園區(qū)運(yùn)營績效的評價指標(biāo)體系,并對各指標(biāo)的選取與求值算法進(jìn)行分析。同時將主成分分析法、熵權(quán)法以及灰色關(guān)聯(lián)法進(jìn)行科學(xué)的結(jié)合,提出了基于主成分分析——灰色熵權(quán)法評價模型。該模型利用主成分分析法對原有評價指標(biāo)進(jìn)行篩選,以降低所選指標(biāo)數(shù)量,通過灰色熵權(quán)法實(shí)現(xiàn)對綜合服務(wù)型物流園區(qū)運(yùn)營績效的評價。最后,本文以遼寧某綜合服務(wù)型物流園區(qū)為例,依據(jù)園區(qū)歷史數(shù)據(jù),結(jié)合本文建立的指標(biāo)體系與評價模型,對該綜合服務(wù)型物流園區(qū)運(yùn)營績效進(jìn)行了評價,驗證了指標(biāo)體系與評價方法的合理性與有效性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the construction process of the integrated service logistics park in our country has been accelerated obviously. The comprehensive service logistics park plays an increasingly important role in promoting the development of logistics industry and even the local economy. But objectively speaking, the comprehensive service logistics park plays an increasingly important role in promoting the development of local economy. The construction of logistics infrastructure of integrated service logistics park still lags behind the market demand, the development level is on the low side, the operation efficiency is low, and there are many problems and puzzles in the development of integrated service logistics park. This paper mainly evaluates the operation performance of the integrated service logistics park, establishes a scientific and reasonable index system of the comprehensive service logistics park operation performance, and selects the appropriate evaluation method. The systematic evaluation of the integrated service logistics park makes the managers of the park have a reasonable judgment on the development direction of the integrated service logistics park, and find out the problems existing in the park operation according to the evaluation results. Firstly, this paper analyzes a large number of literatures, discusses the current situation of domestic and foreign scholars' research on the performance evaluation of logistics park operation, and grasps the research direction of this paper. Secondly, the key factors affecting the operation of integrated service logistics park are briefly analyzed, including logistics operation efficiency, logistics service quality, information level, economic benefits and social benefits. Then, according to the design principle of the performance evaluation index system of integrated service logistics park, the evaluation index system of integrated service logistics park operation performance is constructed, and the selection and evaluation algorithm of each index are analyzed. At the same time, the principal component analysis method, entropy weight method and grey correlation method are combined scientifically, and the evaluation model based on principal component analysis-grey entropy weight method is put forward. In this model, the principal component analysis method is used to screen the original evaluation indexes to reduce the number of the selected indexes, and the grey entropy weight method is used to evaluate the operation performance of the integrated service logistics park. Finally, taking a comprehensive service logistics park in Liaoning as an example, according to the historical data of the park, combined with the index system and evaluation model established in this paper, the paper evaluates the operation performance of the integrated service logistics park. The rationality and validity of index system and evaluation method are verified.
