數(shù)據(jù)倉庫技術(shù)在包裝印刷企業(yè)精益管理中的應(yīng)用
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous development of computer application technology, packaging and printing industry said goodbye to "lead and fire", entered a new "light and electricity" new era, its production and management mode has undergone tremendous changes. The competition between packaging and printing enterprises is becoming more and more cruel, and the arrival of the era of "small profit" makes many enterprises difficult to move forward. The existing ERP system can not meet the demand of the existing production mode. With the rapid development of information technology and the urgent need of enterprise management decision support, the data warehouse is rapidly transformed from pure theoretical research into a very practical technology in the field of support within a few years. Industry 4.0 intelligent packaging printing enterprises from simple printing processing, laser phototypesetting, computer processing times, CTP direct plate making into digital printing, "Internet printing," Cloud Printing and Packaging Printing data Warehouse and data Mining. Data warehouse technology is different from the existing database, it is a large-scale "data analysis platform", in the premise of a large number of historical data, in order to further mining and analysis of data resources, for the need of decision-making. Through the application of data warehouse and enterprise lean management, we can promote its implementation, including lean equipment, lean R & D, lean quality, lean marketing, lean logistics and so on. This paper first introduces the current information situation of packaging and printing enterprises and the needs of lean management, then explains the structure, characteristics and tools of the data warehouse, which is based on the two printing enterprises that the author has worked for. The OLAP model of data warehouse for packaging and printing enterprises is studied in detail. The online analysis and processing system (OLAP) is established and security analysis is carried out in detail. The system draws lessons from the most popular tools and methods at present. It has good adaptability and reliability, and the data warehouse is fast and convenient to build, and has good application value. It is an exploration to apply data warehouse technology to lean management of packaging and printing enterprises.
