軍用物資倉儲物流可視化管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計
[Abstract]:The effective guarantee and management of military materials plays a strategic role in the construction of national defense. The security and effective supply of military materials are the basis for the good operation of the army. As there are more and more types of military materials now, this has led to the increasingly heavy task of daily support and management of military materials. At the same time, because of the higher requirements for the transportation and storage environment of military materials, So it is necessary to establish a visual management system of military material warehousing logistics, so that military materials can be visualized and information management in storage and transportation. Aiming at the management of military materials in storage and transportation, combined with the technology of network communication and database, this paper designs and implements the visual management system of military material warehousing logistics. The system consists of three parts: vehicle terminal subsystem, access guard warehouse management subsystem and transportation vehicle monitoring and management platform. The access guard warehouse management subsystem manages the logistics park, including the management of the basic information, such as employees, vehicles, gates, military materials, warehouses, etc., the entrance control management, the logistics park patrol management, etc. Military material inventory management and military material logistics tracking and so on. The vehicle terminal collects RFID information, sensor status and other information, and then transmits the information to the remote vehicle monitoring and management subsystem through the wireless communication network to realize the real-time monitoring of transport vehicles. The main research work of this paper is as follows: 1. The research background and the present situation of the research at home and abroad are described, and the overall design and structure of the visual management system of military material warehousing logistics are given, and the research system of the thesis is introduced as a whole. After analyzing the overall structure of the system, further planning the access guard warehouse management system and the transportation vehicle monitoring platform system architecture .2 detailed analysis of the access guard warehouse management system. Through the analysis of the warehouse management subsystem of the entrance guard patrol, the design scheme of the subsystem is established, and the design principle and scheme of each module in the subsystem are given in turn, and according to the design principle, The design work of each sub-module is completed. 3 analysis and introduction of transport vehicle monitoring platform are done. Firstly, the overall design of transport vehicle monitoring platform subsystem is carried out, and the identification of materials such as RFID is given. Beidou static Positioning error Correction and other key techniques are analyzed and designed. 4. The design and function of each part of the system are analyzed and tested. The test results are given to verify whether the visual management system of military material warehousing logistics studied in this paper meets the requirements, and the system is analyzed according to the results, and the future work prospect is put forward.
