【摘要】：連鎖經(jīng)營是一種現(xiàn)代化的組織形式和經(jīng)營方式,在這種經(jīng)營模式下,同業(yè)商店的店名、標志、經(jīng)營方式、管理手段都是統(tǒng)一的,并且共同進貨,分散營銷。城鄉(xiāng)雙向商貿(mào)流通能將城鄉(xiāng)有效連接起來,在統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展過程中發(fā)揮著重要媒介作用,在這種環(huán)境下,發(fā)展連鎖經(jīng)營是一種必然趨勢。本文首先分析了連鎖經(jīng)營的主要特點及其發(fā)展可行性,然后闡述連鎖經(jīng)營模式的選擇,最后提出連鎖經(jīng)營網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系的構(gòu)建對策。
[Abstract]:Chain operation is a modern form of organization and management. Under this mode of operation, the store name, logo, management method and management means of the same trade store are unified, and the joint stock is purchased and distributed marketing. Urban and rural two-way trade circulation can effectively connect urban and rural areas, play an important role in the process of urban and rural development, in this environment, the development of chain management is an inevitable trend. This paper first analyzes the main characteristics of chain operation and its feasibility of development, then expounds the choice of chain management mode, and finally puts forward the countermeasures for the construction of chain operation network system.
