鐵路全程物流服務(wù)措施配置方案的優(yōu)化

【摘要】:根據(jù)鐵路全程物流作業(yè)的特征,將"門到門"全程物流服務(wù)過程劃分為11個(gè)作業(yè)環(huán)節(jié);基于公理化設(shè)計(jì)理論,提出"物流環(huán)節(jié)—服務(wù)措施—參數(shù)屬性"的鐵路物流服務(wù)措施配置機(jī)理。對每個(gè)作業(yè)環(huán)節(jié),采用專家打分法,從成本、時(shí)間、服務(wù)質(zhì)量3個(gè)維度對各備選服務(wù)措施的匹配度進(jìn)行打分,形成專家打分表;針對每個(gè)備選服務(wù)措施,將打分表中的1個(gè)分值作為1個(gè)決策對象,采用多屬性群體決策粒計(jì)算方法進(jìn)行粒子劃分、權(quán)重計(jì)算和綜合評分計(jì)算;從所有備選服務(wù)措施中選取綜合評分最高的備選服務(wù)措施作為該環(huán)節(jié)的最佳服務(wù)配置方案。在此基礎(chǔ)上,以全程作業(yè)時(shí)間最短為優(yōu)化目標(biāo),構(gòu)建多環(huán)節(jié)物流服務(wù)措施優(yōu)化配置的線性規(guī)劃模型,采用分支定界算法對模型求解,得到多環(huán)節(jié)全程物流服務(wù)措施的配置方案。以1批上海至北京的貨物"門到門"全程物流服務(wù)為例,驗(yàn)證了服務(wù)措施優(yōu)化配置方法的有效性和合理性。
[Abstract]:According to the characteristics of railway logistics operation, the whole logistics service process of "door to door" is divided into 11 parts, which are based on axiomatic design theory. This paper puts forward the allocation mechanism of railway logistics service measures based on "logistics link-service measure-parameter attribute". For each operation link, the expert scoring method is used to score the matching degree of each alternative service measure from three dimensions of cost, time and service quality, and to form an expert scoring table; for each alternative service measure, One score in the scoring table is taken as a decision object, and the multi-attribute group decision particle calculation method is used to divide the particles, calculate the weight and calculate the comprehensive score. The best service allocation scheme for this link is to select the highest comprehensive rating alternative service measure from all the alternative service measures. On this basis, taking the shortest operation time as the optimization goal, a linear programming model for optimizing the allocation of multi-link logistics service measures is constructed, and the branch and bound algorithm is used to solve the model, and the configuration scheme of multi-link logistics service measures is obtained. Taking a batch of goods from Shanghai to Beijing as an example, the validity and rationality of the method of optimizing the allocation of service measures are verified.
