【摘要】：集配是汽車總裝物流中減少裝配線線邊存儲(chǔ)、順暢車間物流,以及提高生產(chǎn)效率的有效途徑。為了降低汽車總裝物流成本,描述了集配系統(tǒng)中2種不同的物流配送模式;針對(duì)2種不同配送模式建立了成本模型并對(duì)其進(jìn)行分析;通過(guò)實(shí)例研究,得到了某種零件在不同配送模式下最小物流成本變化的趨勢(shì),明確了消耗量對(duì)物流成本的影響,從而為不同零件、不同消耗量情況下選擇合適的配送模式提供理論基礎(chǔ),使集配系統(tǒng)更好地發(fā)揮其優(yōu)勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the cost of automobile assembly logistics, two different logistics distribution modes are described, and the cost models of two different distribution modes are established and analyzed through an example. The trend of the minimum logistics cost of some parts in different distribution modes is obtained, and the influence of consumption on the logistics cost is clarified, which provides the theoretical basis for choosing the appropriate distribution mode under different parts and consumption conditions, so that the centralized distribution system can give full play to its advantages.
