基于北斗的物流監(jiān)測儀的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:近年來,物流領(lǐng)域發(fā)展迅猛,民用物流領(lǐng)域正逐步的正規(guī)化、體系化,相關(guān)的監(jiān)測網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系建設(shè)也日趨完善,但軍事物流等特種物流領(lǐng)域由于保密等原因發(fā)展緩慢。根據(jù)相關(guān)的法規(guī),特種軍事物品運輸?shù)恼麄過程都需要監(jiān)控,目前完備的監(jiān)控體系較少,而人員的監(jiān)控往往存在遺漏和不及時等問題,所以特種物流領(lǐng)域?qū)τ谶h程在線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)具有很大需求。本文針對軍事危險品物流運輸過程缺乏監(jiān)控的現(xiàn)狀,尤其是軍事彈藥物資運輸中存在的安全隱患,研制出一套基于北斗的物流監(jiān)測儀,根據(jù)軍事物流的特點,本系統(tǒng)設(shè)計了物資信息記錄、物資定位與路徑監(jiān)控、溫度在線監(jiān)測等功能。本文研制的基于北斗的物流監(jiān)測儀主要由監(jiān)測終端和監(jiān)控平臺兩大部分構(gòu)成。在監(jiān)測終端的設(shè)計中,先對當(dāng)前物流監(jiān)測領(lǐng)域的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進行了分析,包括衛(wèi)星定位、溫度監(jiān)測和數(shù)據(jù)通信等,并從中選擇最適合本系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)應(yīng)用到監(jiān)測終端。設(shè)計的監(jiān)測終端硬件上主要由北斗定位UM220模塊、SIM900A發(fā)送模塊、MSP430單片機控制模塊等構(gòu)成,實現(xiàn)方式是先由MCU控制北斗定位模塊采集位置信息,再由MCU控制溫度傳感器模塊采集溫度信息,最后MCU將采集到的數(shù)據(jù)通過GSM模塊發(fā)送到手機端和監(jiān)控平臺。監(jiān)控平臺存在于服務(wù)器端,由通信系統(tǒng)、監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)、數(shù)據(jù)系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成。通信系統(tǒng)接收監(jiān)控終端送入的數(shù)據(jù),并實時顯示。監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)包括位置信息、地圖信息、用戶信息,可以隨時調(diào)用并顯示。數(shù)據(jù)系統(tǒng)包括Web技術(shù)和百度的API服務(wù)技術(shù)。監(jiān)測終端和監(jiān)控平臺兩大部分都設(shè)計完成后進行了室內(nèi)測試和室外測試。在室內(nèi)測試中先對終端的各個模塊進行測試。首先對AD590測溫模塊進行測試,從結(jié)果來看,在0℃~100℃范圍內(nèi)其線性度達到0.996,可以用于溫度監(jiān)測。再對終端的UM220北斗定位模塊進行測試,從結(jié)果來看其定位精度達到3m,可以對120km/h的車輛進行秒級追蹤。最后對SIM900A通信模塊進行測試,從結(jié)果來看該模塊能有效發(fā)送數(shù)據(jù)到手機端和監(jiān)控平臺端。監(jiān)測終端工作可靠。然后將監(jiān)測終端與監(jiān)控平臺進行聯(lián)合調(diào)試,從結(jié)果可以看到,物資信息、位置可以有效實現(xiàn)實時在線顯示。最后將測試終端拿到室外進行測試,從結(jié)果可以看到,在監(jiān)控平臺上能有效實現(xiàn)物資的定位、路徑、管理信息查看等功能;緷M足了特種物流監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計要求,可以用于特種物流的在線監(jiān)測。

The logistics monitor based on Beidou is mainly composed of two parts: monitoring terminal and monitoring platform. In the design of the monitoring terminal, the key technologies in the current logistics monitoring field are analyzed, including satellite positioning, temperature monitoring and data communication, and the most suitable technology for the system is selected to be applied to the monitoring terminal. The hardware of the monitoring terminal is mainly composed of SIM900A sending module and MSP430 single chip microcomputer control module, which is mainly composed of the Beidou positioning UM220 module. The realization way is that the MCU controls the Beidou positioning module to collect the position information. Then MCU controls the temperature sensor module to collect the temperature information. Finally, MCU sends the collected data to the mobile phone and the monitoring platform through the GSM module. Monitoring platform exists in the server, which is composed of communication system, monitoring system and data system. The communication system receives the data from the monitoring terminal and displays it in real time.
