某啤酒企業(yè)Oracle ERP物流管理系統(tǒng)研究與實踐

【摘要】:隨著計算機技術及網(wǎng)絡技術的發(fā)展,以及全球經(jīng)濟一體化的進程日益加快,企業(yè)如何能通過信息化的方式提升整體的運作管理水平,規(guī)范業(yè)務流程,降低運營成本,是當前企業(yè)普遍關注的問題。物流管理大致包括采購,銷售,庫存三個方面,是生產(chǎn)型企業(yè)的重要環(huán)節(jié),也是產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的的基礎。本文以物流管理理論和ERP理論為基礎,以A啤酒企業(yè)下屬甲工廠為研究對象,根據(jù)甲工廠的實際信息化需求,設計了基于Oracle ERP物流管理系統(tǒng)的信息化解決方案,并對該方案進行了實施。具體來說,論文首先闡述了該課題的研究背景、目的和意義。然后介紹了物流管理的基本概念,以及Oracle ERP物流管理系統(tǒng)的功能模塊構成。根據(jù)甲工廠的實際情況,設計了基于Oracle ERP的物流管理解決方案。方案內(nèi)容概況如下:(1)庫存模塊中,包括庫存結構基礎數(shù)據(jù)的設置,物料編碼數(shù)據(jù)的梳理,出入庫業(yè)務的規(guī)范,庫存盤點管理以及庫存相關報表的解決方案。(2)采購模塊中,包括采購基礎數(shù)據(jù)的管理,供應商管理,采購申請,采購協(xié)議及采購訂單管理,采購審批及執(zhí)行,采購模塊相關報表的解決方案。(3)銷售模塊中,包括客戶基礎數(shù)據(jù)管理,銷售價目表,銷售訂單新建、發(fā)放、挑庫,銷售退貨業(yè)務,銷售相關報表。(4)對于Oracle ERP標準功能無法滿足的電子競價采購模式,根據(jù)用戶的實際需求,設計并實施了基于ERP系統(tǒng)的電子競價采購系統(tǒng)。甲工廠經(jīng)過這次信息化建設,企業(yè)管理得到很大的規(guī)范。另外,Oracle ERP只是支持企業(yè)普遍的標準業(yè)務,對于特殊化要求,還需要根據(jù)實際情況,進行客戶化開發(fā)。文章最后,對該項目做了總結并對國內(nèi)企業(yè)信息化做出了展望。
[Abstract]:With the development of computer technology and network technology, as well as the accelerating process of global economic integration, how can enterprises improve the overall operation and management level, standardize business processes, and reduce operating costs through the way of information technology? Logistics management includes purchasing, sales and inventory, which is the important link of production enterprises and the basis of product quality. Based on logistics management theory and ERP theory, this paper designs a solution based on Oracle ERP logistics management system, taking A beer factory as the research object, according to the actual information demand of A factory. The program is carried out. Specifically, the paper first describes the research background, purpose and significance of the subject. Then it introduces the basic concept of logistics management and the functional modules of Oracle ERP logistics management system. According to the actual situation of a factory, the logistics management solution based on Oracle ERP is designed. The contents of the scheme are summarized as follows: (1) inventory module, including the setting of basic data of inventory structure, the sorting of material code data, the specification of incoming and outgoing business, the inventory management and the solution of inventory related report. (2) the solution of purchasing module, Including purchasing basic data management, supplier management, purchase request, purchase agreement and purchase order management, procurement approval and execution, procurement module related report solutions. (3) sales module, including customer base data management, Sales price list, sales order newly built, issued, selected warehouse, sales return business, sales related reports. (4) for the Oracle ERP standard function can not meet the electronic bidding procurement model, according to the actual needs of users, The electronic bidding purchasing system based on ERP system is designed and implemented. A factory passes through this information construction, the enterprise management obtains the very big standard. In addition, Oracle ERP only supports the general standard business of the enterprise, but it also needs customizing development according to the actual situation. At the end of the article, the project is summarized and the domestic enterprise informatization is prospected.
