【摘要】：在汪清縣,人參加工業(yè)已是支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)。2016年,人參種植面積為1267公頃,產(chǎn)量4485噸,產(chǎn)值3.3億元,占全縣特產(chǎn)品總產(chǎn)值的四分之一。全縣人參加工企業(yè)有由2012年的12家發(fā)展到2016年的21家,增長了 75%,其中省州農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化龍頭企業(yè)有3家發(fā)展到6家,銷售收入也有2012年的16600萬元增長到2016年的26075萬元,年均增長14%。汪清縣人參加工龍頭企業(yè)的產(chǎn)品有十二個系列四十多個品種,其產(chǎn)品主要有原參精品、參制飲品、參制保健品以及人參制合成品等。為增加汪清縣人參加工業(yè)產(chǎn)品品種及提高人參產(chǎn)品技術(shù)水平,招商引資四川科創(chuàng)集團(tuán)新上人參飲料項目;此外,在汪清縣長吉圖物流產(chǎn)業(yè)園中吉林省華惠生物科技有限公司開展了人參系列生物轉(zhuǎn)化提取物深加工項目,加快了汪清縣人參加工業(yè)的發(fā)展。在汪清縣發(fā)展人參產(chǎn)業(yè)具有優(yōu)越地理位置,有機質(zhì)含量高的肥沃土壤,無污染的環(huán)境和充沛水源,享受國家各項振興東北和邊境地區(qū)優(yōu)惠政策。人參加工業(yè)發(fā)展同時也存在很多問題,主要是政策扶持力度不夠,技術(shù)人才和資金投入不到位,產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)單一,農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化龍頭企業(yè)帶動力不強,缺少研發(fā)服務(wù)平臺,品牌意識不強,產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈不完整等問題,面對上述問題,提出要完善人參產(chǎn)業(yè)扶持政策體,重視技術(shù)方面的頭和新產(chǎn)品開發(fā),升級人參加工鏈的類型,大力發(fā)展人參加工業(yè)基地建設(shè),打造出汪清人參品牌,提高產(chǎn)品競爭優(yōu)勢,扶持壯大汪清縣人參加工龍頭企業(yè),成立人參加工業(yè)協(xié)會及研發(fā)服務(wù)平臺,規(guī)范市場,做好出口銷售面對已提出的各類問題,提出針對性的解決措施。
[Abstract]:In Wangqing County, people's participation in industry has become a pillar industry. In 2016, ginseng was planted on 1267 hectares, with an output of 4485 tons and a production value of 330 million yuan, accounting for 1/4 of the county's total output value of special products. The number of ginseng processing enterprises in the county has grown from 12 in 2012 to 21 in 2016, an increase of 75, 510. Of these, 3 of the leading enterprises in provincial and state agricultural industrialization have grown to 6, and their sales revenue has increased from 166 million yuan in 2012 to 260.75 million yuan in 2016. The average annual growth rate is 14. The products of the leading ginseng processing enterprises in Wangqing County have more than 12 series and more than 40 varieties. Their products mainly include original ginseng products, ginseng drinks, ginseng health products and ginseng products. In order to increase the number of people in Wangqing County to participate in the industrial products and to improve the technical level of ginseng products, we should attract investment in the new ginseng beverage project of Sichuan Kechuang Group. In the Changjitu Logistics Industry Park of Wangqing County, Jilin Hua-hui Biotechnology Co., Ltd. carried out a series of deep processing projects of ginseng biotransformation extract, which accelerated the development of Wangqing County people's participation in industry. The development of ginseng industry in Wangqing County has a favorable geographical position, a fertile soil with high organic matter content, a pollution-free environment and abundant water resources, and enjoys various preferential policies for revitalizing the northeast and border areas of the country. At the same time, there are also many problems, such as insufficient policy support, inadequate investment in technical personnel and capital, single product structure, weak driving force of leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization, and lack of R & D service platform. Brand awareness is not strong, the industrial chain is incomplete and so on. In the face of the above problems, we should improve the ginseng industry support policy body, attach importance to the development of technical head and new products, and upgrade the type of ginseng processing chain. Vigorously develop people to participate in the construction of industrial bases, create the Wangqing ginseng brand, improve the competitive advantage of products, support and strengthen leading ginseng processing enterprises in Wangqing County, set up people to participate in industrial associations and R & D service platforms, standardize the market, Do export sales well in the face of all kinds of problems raised, put forward targeted solutions.
