【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)煤化工行業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,一批大型化、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈?zhǔn)降幕て髽I(yè)獲得了高速發(fā)展,煤化工企業(yè)的物流管理在企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)中越來(lái)越重要,這種重要不僅是因?yàn)槠錁I(yè)務(wù)量大、高投入,而且還因?yàn)槠湄灤┯谄髽I(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),關(guān)系企業(yè)生產(chǎn)管理、安全管理、質(zhì)量管理、財(cái)務(wù)管理以及企業(yè)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略管理等各個(gè)方面,其管理的好壞不僅直接影響企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,而且還會(huì)引起人身、財(cái)產(chǎn)和環(huán)境污染、公共管理等嚴(yán)重的社會(huì)問(wèn)題,因此物流管理已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)提升企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的主要手段之一,尤其是對(duì)目前經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型期的煤化工企業(yè)而言,是企業(yè)降本增效、提升產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要措施。本文以物流管理理論為基礎(chǔ),以國(guó)內(nèi)化工行業(yè)及相關(guān)行業(yè)物流管理的成敗為啟示,對(duì)中國(guó)石化寧東工業(yè)園的物流管理現(xiàn)狀和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行分析評(píng)價(jià),制定適合本企業(yè)的物流管理模型,并針對(duì)此模型制定風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控措施。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of coal chemical industry in our country, a batch of large-scale, industrial chain chemical enterprises have been developing at a high speed, and the logistics management of coal chemical enterprises is becoming more and more important in the production and operation of enterprises. This kind of importance is not only because of its large volume of business and high investment, but also because it runs through all aspects of the enterprise's production and operation and is related to the enterprise's production management, safety management, and quality management. The financial management and the strategic management of the development of the enterprise will not only directly affect the economic benefits of the enterprise, but also cause serious social problems such as personal, property and environmental pollution, public administration, etc. Therefore, logistics management has become one of the main means for enterprises to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, especially for coal chemical enterprises in the current economic transformation period, which is an important measure for enterprises to reduce costs and increase efficiency and enhance the competitiveness of products in the market. Based on the theory of logistics management, this paper analyzes and evaluates the present situation and risks of logistics management in Ningdong Industrial Park of Sinopec, taking the success or failure of logistics management in domestic chemical industry and related industries as the inspiration. Make logistics management model suitable for this enterprise, and make risk prevention and control measures for this model.
