【摘要】：2014年6月,國(guó)務(wù)院正式批復(fù)同意設(shè)立“青島西海岸經(jīng)濟(jì)新區(qū)”,新區(qū)的設(shè)立為青島的發(fā)展注入了活力,也將成為青島物流業(yè)發(fā)展的新引擎。物流業(yè)作為青島西海岸新區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的增長(zhǎng)極,其發(fā)展存在明顯的區(qū)位、產(chǎn)業(yè)、政策等優(yōu)勢(shì),但目前西海岸新區(qū)物流企業(yè)商業(yè)模式多為傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)模式,其經(jīng)營(yíng)普遍存在信息化水平低、產(chǎn)業(yè)層次不高、配套產(chǎn)業(yè)欠缺等問(wèn)題。面對(duì)新區(qū)成立帶來(lái)的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn),物流企業(yè)應(yīng)在擴(kuò)大企業(yè)規(guī)模、提高企業(yè)管理水平的基礎(chǔ)上,積極尋求與青島西海岸經(jīng)濟(jì)新區(qū)發(fā)展相適應(yīng)的商業(yè)模式。本文綜合運(yùn)用了文獻(xiàn)研究、實(shí)地調(diào)研、定性分析等方法對(duì)相關(guān)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行研究。首先運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究法對(duì)商業(yè)模式概念及價(jià)值、物流企業(yè)商業(yè)模式和商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新等相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行歸納概括,對(duì)商業(yè)模式及商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新等的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析總結(jié),為問(wèn)題的提出奠定理論基礎(chǔ);運(yùn)用調(diào)研法對(duì)西海岸新區(qū)物流企業(yè)及其商業(yè)模式現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)研,明確西海岸新區(qū)物流企業(yè)當(dāng)前的發(fā)展模式及狀況。最后通過(guò)定性分析法對(duì)物流企業(yè)新型商業(yè)模式特點(diǎn)及適用條件進(jìn)行分析,從中探究西海岸新區(qū)物流企業(yè)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新路徑。經(jīng)過(guò)研究發(fā)現(xiàn),在西海岸新區(qū)加速發(fā)展的背景下,西海岸物流企業(yè)進(jìn)行商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新是可行的、必需的且創(chuàng)新路徑并不唯一,物流企業(yè)可根據(jù)自身特點(diǎn)選擇商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新路徑。另外,商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的順利進(jìn)行需要政府和企業(yè)采取一定的保障措施。
[Abstract]:In June 2014, the State Council approved the establishment of "Qingdao West Coast Economic Zone". The establishment of the new zone has injected vitality into the development of Qingdao and will become a new engine for the development of Qingdao logistics industry. As the economic growth pole of Qingdao West Coast New area, the logistics industry has obvious advantages in location, industry and policy. However, at present, most of the business models of logistics enterprises in the West Coast New area are traditional commercial models. There are many problems in its management, such as low level of information, low level of industry and lack of supporting industry. Faced with the opportunities and challenges brought by the establishment of the new district, logistics enterprises should actively seek a business model suitable for the development of the new economic zone along the west coast of Qingdao on the basis of expanding the scale of enterprises and improving the level of enterprise management. In this paper, literature research, field research, qualitative analysis and other methods are used to study the relevant content. Firstly, the paper summarizes the concept and value of business model, the business model of logistics enterprise and the innovation of business model, and analyzes and summarizes the current research situation of business model and business model innovation at home and abroad. In order to lay the theoretical foundation for the problem, this paper makes a field investigation on the current situation of logistics enterprises and their business models in the West Coast New area by using the method of investigation, and clarifies the current development mode and status of the logistics enterprises in the new area of the West Coast. Finally, this paper analyzes the characteristics and applicable conditions of the new business model of logistics enterprises through qualitative analysis, and probes into the innovative path of the business model of logistics enterprises in the new area of west coast. Through the research, it is found that under the background of the accelerated development of the west coast new area, it is feasible for the west coast logistics enterprises to innovate the business model, and the necessary and innovative path is not unique. Logistics enterprises can choose the business model innovation path according to their own characteristics. In addition, the smooth implementation of business model innovation needs the government and enterprises to take certain safeguards.
