【摘要】：在制造型企業(yè)中,物流運(yùn)作的效率很大程度上影響了生產(chǎn)的效率。目前,在我國(guó)生產(chǎn)型企業(yè)中,對(duì)精益生產(chǎn)不斷重視,有效完善廠內(nèi)物流體系已成為生產(chǎn)型企業(yè)的新愿望和要求。國(guó)內(nèi)關(guān)于制造業(yè)的論文主要側(cè)重于研究生產(chǎn)物流內(nèi)某一模塊或?qū)θ鹿S的物流規(guī)劃,而本文主要研究了在汽車(chē)生產(chǎn)企業(yè)產(chǎn)量提升階段,在現(xiàn)有物流運(yùn)行模式基礎(chǔ)上的物流規(guī)劃。本文分析了S汽車(chē)組裝企業(yè)在產(chǎn)能提升項(xiàng)目中,廠內(nèi)物流方案的規(guī)劃。首先介紹了物流規(guī)劃的相關(guān)概念與認(rèn)識(shí)。接著,介紹了S公司物流規(guī)劃項(xiàng)目的相關(guān)背景,廠區(qū)內(nèi)可增加使用的物流區(qū)域面積有限,需要通過(guò)對(duì)現(xiàn)有物流運(yùn)作模式的重新規(guī)劃以提升物流運(yùn)作效率,由原來(lái)供應(yīng)一條生產(chǎn)線的運(yùn)行方式變?yōu)闈M(mǎn)足新條件下兩條生產(chǎn)線同時(shí)生產(chǎn)的要求。針對(duì)S汽車(chē)組裝企業(yè)廠區(qū)的物流規(guī)劃的主要內(nèi)容有:(1)通過(guò)對(duì)S公司廠內(nèi)物流系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)狀的分析,提出了對(duì)S公司廠內(nèi)物流布局提出若干規(guī)劃方案,并加以比較,得出最優(yōu)方案。(2)分析現(xiàn)有生產(chǎn)線補(bǔ)給方式及物料補(bǔ)給流程,提出生產(chǎn)線補(bǔ)給方式優(yōu)化方案。(3)分析供應(yīng)商交付方式及JIT、JIS拉動(dòng)可行性,對(duì)S公司的供應(yīng)商交付方式做了優(yōu)化。本文通過(guò)對(duì)S公司廠區(qū)內(nèi)物流方式的重新規(guī)劃,為生產(chǎn)型企業(yè),尤其是汽車(chē)生產(chǎn)企業(yè)廠區(qū)內(nèi)物流模式的重新規(guī)劃提供了很好的借鑒,也可作為一般企業(yè)物流規(guī)劃的參考。
[Abstract]:In manufacturing enterprises, the efficiency of logistics operation greatly affects the efficiency of production. At present, in the production enterprises in our country, pay more attention to lean production and improve the logistics system in the factory effectively has become the new desire and request of the production enterprises. Domestic papers on manufacturing mainly focus on a module of production logistics or the logistics planning of new factories, and this paper mainly studies the stage of increasing the output of automobile manufacturing enterprises. Logistics planning based on the existing logistics operation mode. This paper analyzes the planning of the factory logistics scheme in the production capacity improvement project of S automobile assembly enterprise. First of all, the concept and understanding of logistics planning are introduced. Then, it introduces the related background of the logistics planning project of S Company. The area of the logistics area can be increased and used in the factory area is limited, so it is necessary to improve the efficiency of logistics operation by re-planning the existing logistics operation mode. From the original operation mode of one production line to meet the requirements of two production lines under the new conditions. The main contents of the logistics planning of the factory area of S automobile assembly enterprise are as follows: (1) through the analysis of the present situation of the logistics system in the factory of S Company, this paper puts forward some planning schemes for the layout of the logistics in the factory of S Company, and compares them with each other. The optimal scheme is obtained. (2) the supply mode and material supply flow of the existing production line are analyzed, and the optimization scheme of supply mode of production line is put forward. (3) the supplier delivery mode and the feasibility of JIT-JIS pulling are analyzed, and the supplier delivery mode of S Company is optimized. Through the replanning of the logistics mode in the factory area of S Company, this paper provides a good reference for the replanning of the logistics mode in the factory area of the production enterprises, especially for the automobile manufacturing enterprises, and can also be used as a reference for the general enterprise logistics planning.
