智能物流系統(tǒng)在陡河發(fā)電廠的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:作為企業(yè)“第三利潤源泉”的物流管理在當下的生產(chǎn)活動中已占有一席之地,越來越多的企業(yè)開始把成本控制、提高物資管控效率、優(yōu)化流通環(huán)節(jié)作為增強競爭能力的重要方式。發(fā)電企業(yè)的物流管理也成為提高核心競爭能力和降低發(fā)電成本的重要方面。提高企業(yè)的物流管控能力及方式,既能降低生產(chǎn)成本,減少企業(yè)物資存儲保養(yǎng)費用,又能使企業(yè)的各個部門之間共享物流存儲信息,促進物流、資金、信息有效融合。為真正實現(xiàn)陡河電廠物資管理的信息化、便捷化與可視化,經(jīng)過大量的走訪調(diào)研,結(jié)合基層使用者的需求、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的管理要求,我國各行業(yè)物資管控的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,力爭實現(xiàn)倉儲信息化的跨越性發(fā)展,有針對性的開發(fā)此系統(tǒng),主要完成以下工作:首先,分析現(xiàn)代物流管理的特點,以及電廠物流管理的特點,了解了現(xiàn)代物流管理的一些基礎(chǔ)技術(shù)知識。然后,梳理了陡河電廠物流管理的業(yè)務(wù)流程,確定了系統(tǒng)運行的軟硬件平臺環(huán)境以及開發(fā)技術(shù)選型,完成了物流管理系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計,包括功能設(shè)計和數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計,以及一些主要的流程設(shè)計。最后,完成了系統(tǒng)部分功能模塊的編碼實現(xiàn)和軟件測試。本系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)了物流、現(xiàn)金流、信息流運作暢通并閉合形成一個完整的反饋控制系統(tǒng)。整個物流控制系統(tǒng)以計劃和控制為主線,充分體現(xiàn)物流、現(xiàn)金流、信息流、控制流有機集成的管理理念,將給企業(yè)帶來巨大的經(jīng)濟效益。
[Abstract]:Logistics management, as the "third profit source" of enterprises, has occupied a place in the current production activities. More and more enterprises begin to control costs and improve the efficiency of material control. Optimization of circulation links as an important way to enhance competitiveness. Logistics management of power generation enterprises has also become an important aspect to improve core competitiveness and reduce power generation costs. To improve the logistics management and control ability of the enterprise, it can not only reduce the production cost, reduce the cost of material storage and maintenance, but also share the logistics storage information among the various departments of the enterprise, and promote the effective integration of logistics, capital and information. In order to truly realize the informationization of material management in Douhe Power Plant, it is convenient and visualized. After a large number of visits and investigations, combined with the needs of grass-roots users and the management requirements of leaders, the development status of material control and control in various industries in China is now under way. Strive to achieve the leap development of warehousing information, the targeted development of this system, mainly completed the following work: first, analysis of the characteristics of modern logistics management, as well as the characteristics of power plant logistics management, Understand some basic technical knowledge of modern logistics management. Then, combing the business process of logistics management in Douhe Power Plant, determining the software and hardware platform environment of system operation and the selection of development technology, completing the overall design of logistics management system, including function design and database design. And some of the main process design. Finally, the coding and software testing of some functional modules of the system are completed. The system realizes a complete feedback control system with smooth and closed operation of logistics, cash flow and information flow. The whole logistics control system takes the plan and control as the main line, fully embodies the management idea of the organic integration of logistics, cash flow, information flow and control flow, which will bring enormous economic benefits to the enterprise.
