【摘要】：上海奈那卡斯運費管理系統(tǒng)以我公司財務(wù)成本核算為主線,以物流貨運單作為首要基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)而展開到發(fā)票錄入,發(fā)票核算,財務(wù)憑證處理,最終提供成本分攤報表,此數(shù)據(jù)作為企業(yè)實際運營過程中的部分成本數(shù)據(jù)寫入集團財務(wù)系統(tǒng)。在硬件架構(gòu)方面,上海作為集團在華的數(shù)據(jù)中心,所有硬件服務(wù)器均放置在中心機房,我們采用了DELL R710高性能服務(wù)器作為數(shù)據(jù)存儲之用,網(wǎng)絡(luò)適配器采用雙千兆光纖卡通訊,客戶端電腦都采用惠普商用電腦和筆記本。網(wǎng)絡(luò)核心交換機為思科3750全光口模塊插入,這些硬件設(shè)施的投入確保硬件傳輸層沒有性能瓶頸。軟件方面,服務(wù)器系統(tǒng)是目前的新版微軟Windows server2012企業(yè)版,客戶端操作系統(tǒng)也都是微軟正版操作系統(tǒng)Windows7和Windows8.1,在數(shù)據(jù)庫的設(shè)計方面,我們嚴格按照遵循完整性原則、安全性原則、可伸縮性原則、規(guī)范化原則。運費管理系統(tǒng)采用C／S和B/S模式相結(jié)合的方式來設(shè)計開發(fā),在本論文中我們主要介紹C/S下的設(shè)計,B/S模式主要是因為公司高級管理人員需要在系統(tǒng)中查詢相關(guān)報表,無需安裝客戶端程序,同時并沒有數(shù)據(jù)錄入工作；反之,而對于其它一線用戶需要較快的數(shù)據(jù)存儲能力和數(shù)據(jù)錄入、編輯,人機互動性較強,所以這部分用戶決定采用安裝客戶端程序的C/S模式。主要使用基于微軟Office辦公自動化的VBA作為主要編程工具,對于客戶端和數(shù)據(jù)庫的訪問,程序內(nèi)部定制了ODBC數(shù)據(jù)源自動鏈接的代碼。運費管理系統(tǒng)投入使用以來由于其界面友好,操作簡單靈活,對用戶的計算機能力要求低,受到了最終用戶的一致好評,也有效節(jié)約了公司資源,為管理層決策提供了快捷的數(shù)據(jù)報表支持,在當前嚴峻的經(jīng)濟形勢下節(jié)省了企業(yè)管理成本,最大限度地提高企業(yè)的運行效率和管理水平,給我公司帶來了顯著的經(jīng)濟效益。
[Abstract]:Shanghai Nainakas freight management system takes the financial cost accounting of our company as the main line, takes the logistics freight bill as the primary basic data and develops to the invoice entry, the invoice accounting, the financial voucher processing, and finally provides the cost share report. This data is written into the group financial system as part of the cost data in the actual operation of the enterprise. In terms of hardware architecture, Shanghai serves as the group's data center in China, and all hardware servers are placed in the central computer room. We use the Dell R710 high performance server as data storage, and the network adapter uses dual gigabit optical fiber cards to communicate. Client computers use HP commercial computers and laptops. The network core switch is plugged into the Cisco 3750 all-optical port module, and these hardware facilities are invested to ensure that the hardware transport layer has no performance bottlenecks. In terms of software, the server system is the new version of Microsoft server2012 Enterprise Edition, and the client operating system is also the original Microsoft operating system Windows 7 and Windows 8.1. In the design of database, we strictly follow the integrity principle and security principle. Principle of scalability, principle of standardization. The freight management system is designed and developed by the combination of C / S and B / S mode. In this paper, we mainly introduce the design of B / S model under C / S mainly because the senior managers of the company need to query the related reports in the system. There is no need to install client programs, and there is no data entry; on the contrary, for other front-line users, they need faster data storage capacity and data entry, editing, human-computer interaction, So this part of the user decided to install the client program C / S mode. VBA, which is based on Microsoft Office Automation, is used as the main programming tool. For the access of client and database, the code of ODBC data source automatic link is customized inside the program. Since the freight management system was put into use, because of its friendly interface, simple and flexible operation, low requirements for the user's computer capability, it has been praised by the end users, and has also effectively saved the company's resources. It provides quick data report support for management decision, saves the cost of enterprise management under the severe economic situation at present, improves the operation efficiency and management level of the enterprise to the maximum extent, and brings the remarkable economic benefit to our company.
