【摘要】:科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,帶動(dòng)了全球范圍內(nèi)信息技術(shù)和知識(shí)管理技術(shù)的變革。而信息技術(shù)和知識(shí)管理技術(shù)與網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r、技術(shù)水平密切相關(guān)。隨著全球范圍內(nèi)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)應(yīng)用和推廣范圍的持續(xù)擴(kuò)大,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)開(kāi)辟了一個(gè)虛擬的世界與現(xiàn)實(shí)世界緊密的結(jié)合起來(lái)。結(jié)合定制技術(shù)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,未來(lái)的服裝業(yè)將會(huì)帶來(lái)巨大的變革,未來(lái)的服裝業(yè)將會(huì)產(chǎn)生與傳統(tǒng)服裝業(yè)完全不同的模式。在線定制的技術(shù)可以通過(guò)消費(fèi)者的眼球定制服裝,滿足消費(fèi)者個(gè)性化需求。經(jīng)過(guò)多年的發(fā)展和技術(shù)的積累,可以看出目前傳統(tǒng)的服裝業(yè)已經(jīng)受到了信息化和網(wǎng)絡(luò)化帶來(lái)的沖擊,目前人們對(duì)于服裝的要求不僅僅是穿暖,也追求服裝的個(gè)性化。但是傳統(tǒng)服裝批量生產(chǎn)的方式很難滿足消費(fèi)者的這些需求,傳統(tǒng)服裝采用批量生產(chǎn),批量生產(chǎn)存在著號(hào)型相對(duì)較少、生產(chǎn)周期比較長(zhǎng)、款式變化相對(duì)較慢等問(wèn)題,傳統(tǒng)的服裝業(yè)需要更多的變革去迎合消費(fèi)者的需要,目前,結(jié)合網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,傳統(tǒng)的服裝業(yè)可以建立一種基于個(gè)性需求驅(qū)動(dòng)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)制造模式。通過(guò)實(shí)現(xiàn)信息技術(shù)和知識(shí)管理相結(jié)合的技術(shù)——基于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用到具體的服裝生產(chǎn)中,用戶能夠使用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)開(kāi)展服裝款式、類型等信息的私人化定制,企業(yè)也能夠通過(guò)Internet向客戶提供客戶自己定制的產(chǎn)品,這樣可以盡可能滿足客戶的個(gè)性化需求,鞏固企業(yè)的地位。這種在線定制的方式有其獨(dú)特的優(yōu)點(diǎn),其服裝設(shè)計(jì)周期短,無(wú)積壓,相較于傳統(tǒng)服裝的模式更容易受到大部分消費(fèi)者的歡迎,經(jīng)濟(jì)市場(chǎng)化的發(fā)展模式會(huì)使這種技術(shù)成為未來(lái)服裝業(yè)發(fā)展的必然模式。本文首先對(duì)服裝定制的國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)展進(jìn)行了介紹和分析,并就服裝定制系統(tǒng)相關(guān)的技術(shù)理論基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行分析,包括J2EE、人體測(cè)量、系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)等內(nèi)容。結(jié)合企業(yè)在服裝定制領(lǐng)域的實(shí)際需求,設(shè)計(jì)出了服裝企業(yè)的在線定制系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)整體上有三層,建立起四大功能模塊,這四大模塊包含前臺(tái)客戶和員工使用、后臺(tái)管理以及對(duì)應(yīng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)實(shí)現(xiàn)四個(gè)功能模塊,也在數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)實(shí)現(xiàn)上具體實(shí)現(xiàn)。系統(tǒng)在設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)考慮到后臺(tái)使用CAD制圖和物流運(yùn)輸?shù)男枰?建立了完整的一套設(shè)計(jì)流程。完成后的系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了如下特性:一是系統(tǒng)的可拓展性。對(duì)于核心模塊設(shè)計(jì)和其他功能模塊都預(yù)留了升級(jí)的可能性,在業(yè)務(wù)流程改變或是產(chǎn)品類型改變的時(shí)候,方便升級(jí)和改造。二是系統(tǒng)具有靈活性。系統(tǒng)可以對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)表和字段進(jìn)行修改,后臺(tái)的操作更加便利。三是系統(tǒng)具有符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的安全使用性能。在對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)安全管理上,采用數(shù)據(jù)加密和不同用戶權(quán)限區(qū)隔的方式,實(shí)現(xiàn)信息傳遞的安全性,也避免數(shù)據(jù)被截獲和濫用,阻止非授權(quán)用戶的惡意訪問(wèn)。整體上看,這一系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了設(shè)計(jì)的主要目標(biāo),也能夠給企業(yè)的日常管理帶來(lái)便利
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, the change of information technology and knowledge management technology has been brought about worldwide. Information technology and knowledge management technology are closely related to the development of the network. With the continuous expansion of the application and promotion of Internet technology in the world, the Internet has opened up a virtual world and a close combination of the real world. Combined with the technological innovation of custom-made technology, the future garment industry will bring great changes, and the future clothing industry will produce a completely different model from the traditional clothing industry. The technology of online customization can satisfy the individual needs of consumers by customizing their eyeballs. After years of development and the accumulation of technology, we can see that the traditional clothing industry has been affected by information and network. At present, people's requirement for clothing is not only to wear warm, but also to pursue the individuation of clothing. However, it is very difficult to meet the needs of consumers in the way of mass production of traditional clothing. In the mass production of traditional clothing, there are some problems such as relatively small size, longer production cycle and slower change of style, etc. The traditional clothing industry needs more changes to meet the needs of consumers. At present, with the development of network technology, the traditional clothing industry can establish a kind of network manufacturing model driven by individual demand. By realizing the combination of information technology and knowledge management, which is the information technology based on the Internet, which is applied to the specific garment production, users can use the Internet to carry out the personal customization of clothing style, type and other information. Enterprises can also provide customers with customized products through the Internet, so as to meet the needs of customers as much as possible, and consolidate the status of enterprises. This online customization has its unique advantages, with its short design cycle and no backlog, which is more popular with most consumers than the traditional fashion model. The development mode of economic marketization will make this kind of technology become the inevitable mode of clothing industry development in the future. This paper first introduces and analyzes the development of garment customization both at home and abroad, and analyzes the technical and theoretical basis of garment customization system, including J2EE, anthropometric, system development and so on. According to the actual needs of enterprises in the field of clothing customization, the online customization system of garment enterprises is designed. There are three layers of system structure, and four functional modules have been established. The four modules include the use of front desk customers and employees, background management and the corresponding database implementation four functional modules, but also in the implementation of the database. Considering the need of background CAD drawing and logistics transportation, a complete set of design flow is established. After the completion of the system to achieve the following characteristics: first, the scalability of the system. The possibility of upgrading is reserved for the core module design and other functional modules. It is convenient to upgrade and transform when the business process is changed or the product type is changed. Second, the system has flexibility. The system can modify the data table and field, and the background operation is more convenient. Third, the system has the safety performance that accords with the standard. In the management of data security, data encryption and different user rights are adopted to realize the security of information transmission, to avoid the interception and abuse of data, and to prevent unauthorized users from accessing maliciously. On the whole, this system has realized the main goal of the design, and can also bring convenience to the daily management of the enterprise.
