河南陳橋CNG加氣站物流管理信息系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著壓縮天然氣(簡(jiǎn)稱CNG)逐步取代汽油、柴油等成為清潔、經(jīng)濟(jì)能源,與之配套的加氣站的興建越來(lái)越多,吸引了大量民營(yíng)資本的投入。民營(yíng)加氣站的發(fā)展,促進(jìn)了CNG的推廣和普及。對(duì)于民營(yíng)CNG加氣站,一個(gè)安全、全面、高效且成本低廉的CNG加氣站物流管理信息系統(tǒng)能夠有效提高加氣站工作效率,降低加氣站管理成本,提高加氣站的管理水平,從而促進(jìn)CNG加氣站的發(fā)展,對(duì)整個(gè)汽車能源行業(yè)發(fā)展都具有重要意義。本文主要采用文獻(xiàn)研究、需求調(diào)研分析、系統(tǒng)整體設(shè)計(jì)等方法,結(jié)合現(xiàn)代企業(yè)物流管理、庫(kù)存管理等相關(guān)理論,根據(jù)軟件工程理念,從整理物流管理流程入手,分析相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)流程,參照知名企業(yè)物流信息管理系統(tǒng),并結(jié)合陳橋CNG加氣站的實(shí)際要求,進(jìn)行了較為詳細(xì)的系統(tǒng)需求分析、設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)、并對(duì)該系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了細(xì)致全面的測(cè)試。主要工作如下:1、對(duì)比系統(tǒng)框架C/S和B/S的利弊,選擇了適合的系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu);對(duì)目前主流的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)進(jìn)行分析比較,確定了系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),并對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)所用到的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行研究。2、對(duì)系統(tǒng)的需求進(jìn)行分析,整理加氣站管理業(yè)務(wù)流程;對(duì)系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)可行性、經(jīng)濟(jì)可行性以及社會(huì)可行性做出充分分析;分析了系統(tǒng)管理的角色和權(quán)限。3、對(duì)系統(tǒng)的總體系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)體系進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),根據(jù)系統(tǒng)所需要實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能,對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行模塊分析設(shè)計(jì),并對(duì)各個(gè)模塊進(jìn)行詳細(xì)闡述;對(duì)系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了闡述,并舉例說(shuō)明數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的關(guān)鍵表的字段;對(duì)于關(guān)鍵功能模塊的實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的闡述。4、實(shí)現(xiàn)了整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的測(cè)試,通過(guò)相關(guān)截圖簡(jiǎn)要的介紹了系統(tǒng)所實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能。完成了系統(tǒng)的單元測(cè)試、模塊測(cè)試、功能測(cè)試以及性能測(cè)試,并對(duì)測(cè)試結(jié)果進(jìn)行了深入的分析,得出結(jié)論是該系統(tǒng)完全滿足河南陳橋加氣站企業(yè)管理信息化的需求,可即時(shí)進(jìn)行部署應(yīng)用。通過(guò)本公司的調(diào)研和研究,設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)了河南陳橋加氣站物流管理信息系統(tǒng),促使該加氣站從落后的物流管理模式向現(xiàn)代企業(yè)物流管理模式的轉(zhuǎn)變,實(shí)現(xiàn)了物流管理的信息化、高效性、智能化管理,從而極大地降低加氣站運(yùn)營(yíng)成本,具有較為明顯的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、社會(huì)效益。
[Abstract]:With compressed natural gas (CNG) gradually replacing gasoline, diesel and so on to become clean and economic energy, more and more filling stations have been built, attracting a large number of private capital investment. The development of private gas station promotes the popularization and popularization of CNG. For the private CNG gas filling station, a safe, comprehensive, efficient and low cost CNG filling station logistics management information system can effectively improve the working efficiency of the filling station, reduce the management cost of the gas station, and improve the management level of the filling station. So as to promote the development of CNG filling station, the development of the whole automotive energy industry is of great significance. This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature research, demand investigation and analysis, system overall design, combining with modern enterprise logistics management, inventory management and other related theories, according to the concept of software engineering, starting with the logistics management process. According to the logistics information management system of well-known enterprises and the actual requirements of CNG filling station of Chen Qiao, the system requirement analysis, design and implementation are carried out in detail, and the system is tested in detail. The main work is as follows: 1, comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the system framework C / S and B / S, choosing the appropriate system structure; analyzing and comparing the current mainstream databases, determining the system database, The key technologies used to realize the system are studied. 2, the requirements of the system are analyzed, and the operation flow of gas station management is sorted out, and the technical feasibility, economic feasibility and social feasibility of the system are fully analyzed. The role and authority of the system management are analyzed. The overall system structure system is designed. According to the function of the system, the module is analyzed and designed, and each module is described in detail. The design of the system database is expounded, and the field of the key table of the database is illustrated with an example, and the implementation of the key function module is described in detail, which realizes the testing of the whole system. The functions of the system are briefly introduced through the relevant screenshots. The unit test, module test, function test and performance test of the system are completed, and the test results are analyzed in depth. The conclusion is that the system fully meets the needs of enterprise management information of Chen Qiao Gas Station in Henan Province. You can deploy applications in real time. Through the investigation and research of the company, the logistics management information system of Chen Qiao gas filling station in Henan is designed and implemented, which makes the gas filling station change from the backward logistics management mode to the modern enterprise logistics management mode, and realizes the informationization of logistics management. High efficiency and intelligent management can greatly reduce the operation cost of gas filling station and have obvious economic and social benefits.
