【摘要】:鋼鐵產(chǎn)業(yè)是國家工業(yè)的命脈,而鋼鐵企業(yè)最主要的原材料就是鐵礦石。我國現(xiàn)階段鐵礦石的年產(chǎn)量排名全世界的第一位,但是進(jìn)口量也排在第一位,對外進(jìn)口依賴程度有繼續(xù)增加的趨勢。這些都源自于我國境內(nèi)的鐵礦石資源品位低,開采難度大。由于我國鐵礦石進(jìn)口比例過大,而國內(nèi)又沒有一定量的鐵礦石儲備,所以我國在鐵礦石國際貿(mào)易市場中,采購價格的談判一直處于被動地位。隨著國際鐵礦石價格波動頻率增大,對我國鋼鐵企業(yè)健康發(fā)展帶來巨大挑戰(zhàn)。所以我國應(yīng)建立獨(dú)立自主的鐵礦石物流儲備中心,為我國主要鋼鐵企業(yè)提供保障。在現(xiàn)階段船舶大型化的趨勢下,40萬噸級超大型礦砂船已經(jīng)多次?课覈劭,這種船型必是未來運(yùn)輸?shù)闹髁。大型船舶會更多采用干線化的運(yùn)輸方式,形成密度更高的主干航線,節(jié)省停泊費(fèi)用,減少靠泊港口。這會帶來?扛劭诘貐^(qū)鐵礦石貨量的短時急劇增加,會引發(fā)鐵礦石在港口的積壓。雖然這是對我國大型港口集疏運(yùn)的挑戰(zhàn),但客觀上也為我國建立鐵礦石儲備中心提供了機(jī)會。本文主要從物流角度研究我國主要鋼廠所在區(qū)域的鐵礦石物流儲備中心的選址問題。本文首先分析鐵礦石貿(mào)易運(yùn)輸?shù)幕粳F(xiàn)狀,再論證建設(shè)鐵礦石物流儲備中心的必要性,提出物流儲備中心的選址理論基礎(chǔ),利用雙層選址模型進(jìn)行定量分析。上層模型生成物流儲備中心選址的方案,下層模型生成不同選址方案對應(yīng)的鐵礦石流量分布方案和運(yùn)輸方案。在下層模型構(gòu)建中融入了陸上交通運(yùn)輸基本方法,上層模型和下層模型之間相互反饋。最后以我國幾大鐵礦石樞紐港為例,做實(shí)證分析,計算得出此背景下的鐵礦石物流儲備中心地點(diǎn),為未來我國建立能源儲備基地、區(qū)域分銷中心提供一種思路和可行方案。
[Abstract]:Iron and steel industry is the lifeblood of national industry, and iron ore is the main raw material of iron and steel enterprises. At present, China ranks first in the world in terms of annual output of iron ore, but also in the first place in terms of import volume, and the degree of dependence on foreign imports continues to increase. These are derived from the low grade of iron ore resources in China, mining is difficult. Because the import ratio of iron ore in our country is too large and there is no iron ore reserve in our country, the negotiation of purchasing price has been in a passive position in the international trade market of iron ore. With the increasing frequency of international iron ore price fluctuation, the healthy development of iron and steel enterprises in China brings great challenges. Therefore, our country should establish an independent iron ore logistics reserve center to provide guarantee for our main iron and steel enterprises. Under the trend of large scale of ships at this stage, 400,000 tons of super-large ore-sand ships have been docked in our ports many times, and this type of ship must be the mainstream of future transportation. Large ships will use more trunk lines, form more dense trunk routes, save berthing costs, and reduce berthing ports. This would result in a sharp increase in iron ore shipments in docked ports, triggering a backlog of iron ore at the port. Although this is a challenge to China's large ports, it also provides an opportunity for China to set up an iron ore reserve center. This paper mainly studies the location of the iron ore logistics reserve center in the region where the main steel mills in China are located from the point of view of logistics. This paper first analyzes the basic status of iron ore trade and transportation, then demonstrates the necessity of building iron ore logistics reserve center, puts forward the theoretical basis of location of logistics reserve center, and makes quantitative analysis by using double layer location model. The upper model generates the logistics reserve center location scheme, and the lower layer model generates the iron ore flow distribution scheme and transportation scheme corresponding to different location schemes. The basic method of land transportation is incorporated in the construction of the lower layer model, and the feedback between the upper model and the lower model is presented. Finally, taking several major iron ore hub ports in China as an example, the paper calculates the location of iron ore logistics reserve center under this background, and provides a way of thinking and feasible scheme for the establishment of energy reserve base and regional distribution center in China in the future.
