【摘要】：天津港的建設(shè)和發(fā)展在實現(xiàn)天津濱海新區(qū)功能定位為我國北方國際航運中心和國際物流中心的過程中發(fā)揮了舉足輕重的作用�，F(xiàn)代物流是天津港核心業(yè)務(wù)之一,港口物流業(yè)的發(fā)展是加快國際航運中心和國際物流中心建設(shè)的重要內(nèi)容。A公司作為天津港集團公司實施產(chǎn)業(yè)化經(jīng)營的唯一全資綜合性物流企業(yè),對發(fā)展壯大天津港口物流產(chǎn)業(yè)起著關(guān)鍵性的作用。在京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展成為國家整體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的新形勢下,加強A公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究已成為重要課題,以“京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展背景下A公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究”為選題有著較強的現(xiàn)實意義,本文根據(jù)企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略理論,運用理論分析與實證分析相結(jié)合的方法,結(jié)合A公司發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,對A公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進行了研究。采用PEST分析、五力模型、SWOT分析等方法,對A公司經(jīng)營發(fā)展內(nèi)外環(huán)境影響因素進行了分析；在綜合分析研究A公司發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及內(nèi)外部環(huán)境影響因素的基礎(chǔ)上,對A公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標與戰(zhàn)略重點進行了闡述,提出了公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標體系和公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略步驟；為了保證企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略目標的有效實施,經(jīng)過分析論證,提出了A公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略措施；在論文的最后部分,得出了A公司實施發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的結(jié)論并對未來發(fā)展情況進行了展望。
[Abstract]:The construction and development of Tianjin Port play an important role in the process of realizing the function of Tianjin Binhai New area as the international shipping center and international logistics center of northern China. Modern logistics is one of the core business of Tianjin Port. The development of port logistics industry is an important content of speeding up the construction of international shipping center and international logistics center. As the only wholly-funded comprehensive logistics enterprise of Tianjin Port Group Company, For the development of Tianjin port logistics industry plays a key role. Under the new situation that the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei has become the overall development strategy of the country, it has become an important topic to strengthen the research on the development strategy of Company A. It is of great practical significance to choose the topic of "A Company's Development Strategy Research under the background of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Cooperative Development". According to the theory of enterprise development strategy, this paper applies the method of combining theoretical analysis with empirical analysis, combined with the development situation of A Company. The development strategy of company A is studied. By using pest analysis and SWOT analysis, this paper analyzes the factors affecting the internal and external environment of A Company, and analyzes the current situation of the development of Company A and the factors affecting the internal and external environment. In order to ensure the effective implementation of the company's strategic objectives, the paper expounds the development strategic objectives and strategic emphases of company A, and puts forward the system of the development strategic objectives and the steps of the company's development strategy. In the last part of the paper, the conclusion of implementing the development strategy of company A is obtained and the future development situation is prospected.
