【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著汽車(chē)零配件進(jìn)口數(shù)量的增多,汽車(chē)零配件進(jìn)口物流需求也在逐年攀升。汽車(chē)零配件進(jìn)口涉及到跨區(qū)域物流運(yùn)作,涵蓋了包括運(yùn)輸、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)、清關(guān)報(bào)關(guān)在內(nèi)的各種物流業(yè)務(wù),很多汽車(chē)組裝廠把這一業(yè)務(wù)外包給專(zhuān)業(yè)的第三方物流公司。A企業(yè)是國(guó)內(nèi)知名物流服務(wù)提供商,承接了汽車(chē)生產(chǎn)商C企業(yè)的汽車(chē)零配件進(jìn)口物流運(yùn)作業(yè)務(wù),兩年多來(lái),到貨準(zhǔn)時(shí)率達(dá)到96%,保證了 C企業(yè)汽車(chē)生產(chǎn)線的正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。但A企業(yè)在物流運(yùn)作中仍存在信息傳遞效率低、流程結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、管理和組織水平落后等問(wèn)題,導(dǎo)致企業(yè)物流運(yùn)作周期過(guò)長(zhǎng)。本文旨通過(guò)業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化,縮短A企業(yè)汽車(chē)零配件進(jìn)口物流運(yùn)作周期,提高客戶滿意度。論文首先對(duì)A企業(yè)汽車(chē)零配件進(jìn)口物流運(yùn)作現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,找到企業(yè)在物流運(yùn)作中存在的問(wèn)題,提出對(duì)A企業(yè)進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化的必要性;在此基礎(chǔ)上,論文構(gòu)建了 A企業(yè)物流業(yè)務(wù)流程Petri網(wǎng)模型,通過(guò)Petri網(wǎng)相關(guān)分析方法,分析了企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)流程內(nèi)部活動(dòng)關(guān)系,找到潛在的優(yōu)化環(huán)節(jié),從業(yè)務(wù)和管理兩個(gè)層面對(duì)企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化;論文在優(yōu)化效果分析階段,引入隨機(jī)Petri網(wǎng),建立了隨機(jī)Petri網(wǎng)同構(gòu)的馬爾可夫鏈,基于馬爾可夫鏈的穩(wěn)定概率對(duì)隨機(jī)Petri網(wǎng)的性能進(jìn)行計(jì)算,得到優(yōu)化前后A企業(yè)物流運(yùn)作的平均周期,并進(jìn)行了比較。研究結(jié)果表明,通過(guò)業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化,A企業(yè)汽車(chē)零配件進(jìn)口物流運(yùn)作周期減少了 20%。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the increase of automobile parts import, the import logistics demand of automobile parts is rising year by year. The import of auto parts involves cross-regional logistics operations, covering all kinds of logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, customs clearance, etc. Many automobile assembly plants outsource this business to a professional third-party logistics company. A enterprise is a well-known domestic logistics service provider. It has taken over the import logistics operation of automobile parts from automobile manufacturer C enterprise. For more than two years, Delivery on time rate of 96, to ensure C enterprise car production line normal operation. However, there are still some problems such as low efficiency of information transmission, unreasonable flow structure and backward management and organization level in the logistics operation of A enterprise, which leads to the long operation period of enterprise logistics. The purpose of this paper is to shorten the operating cycle of import logistics of automobile parts in enterprise A and improve customer satisfaction through business process optimization. Firstly, the paper analyzes the current situation of import logistics of automobile parts in enterprise A, finds out the problems existing in the operation of logistics, and puts forward the necessity of optimizing the business process of enterprise A. on this basis, In this paper, the Petri net model of logistics business process in A enterprise is constructed. By using the Petri net correlation analysis method, the internal activity relationship of enterprise business process is analyzed, and the potential optimization link is found. This paper optimizes enterprise business process from two aspects of business and management. In the stage of optimization effect analysis, the stochastic Petri net is introduced, and the Markov chain of stochastic Petri net isomorphism is established. Based on the stability probability of Markov chain, the performance of stochastic Petri net is calculated, and the average period of logistics operation of A enterprise before and after optimization is obtained and compared. The results show that the operation cycle of import logistics of automobile parts is reduced by 20% through business process optimization.
