【摘要】:當(dāng)今信息產(chǎn)業(yè)和計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)迅猛發(fā)展,煤炭工業(yè)和信息化的融合正在不斷發(fā)展和深入。但在煤炭工業(yè)領(lǐng)域信息化、自動(dòng)化總體水平仍舊處于全行業(yè)的中下等水平,不論是生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié),還是管理水平都處于粗放的模式,難以實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化的精細(xì)管理及生產(chǎn)。為了提高生產(chǎn)效率、提升安全生產(chǎn)管理的技術(shù)保障,許多煤炭企業(yè)開(kāi)始意識(shí)到信息化的重要性,因此從自動(dòng)化、信息化系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)作為切入點(diǎn),積極尋求自動(dòng)化和信息化廠商,通過(guò)實(shí)施各種自動(dòng)化、信息化系統(tǒng),逐步完善企業(yè)內(nèi)部生產(chǎn)以及管理流程。 本論文詳細(xì)闡述了煤炭企業(yè)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)建,并且針對(duì)煤炭企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀,分析了影響煤炭企業(yè)信息化的內(nèi)外部因素以及煤炭企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)的階段性情況,主要從技術(shù)上提出了煤炭企業(yè)信息化的總體應(yīng)用框架與策略。結(jié)合煤炭企業(yè)信息化的主要任務(wù),構(gòu)建了基于局域網(wǎng)的煤炭企業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)的基本功能架構(gòu)和邏輯結(jié)構(gòu),此系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)是在數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的基礎(chǔ)上,基于MSTP、MPLSVPN的信息系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)。同時(shí)進(jìn)行了煤炭企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)基礎(chǔ)應(yīng)用方案的研究,主要從煤炭企業(yè)應(yīng)用的網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)的構(gòu)建、網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系結(jié)構(gòu)的選取、瓦斯監(jiān)測(cè)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)等方面進(jìn)行了探討。最后,通過(guò)案例分析方案的可行性與先進(jìn)性。項(xiàng)目建設(shè)遵循“高起點(diǎn)、高技術(shù)、高質(zhì)量、高效率、高效益”五高原則;遵循總體規(guī)劃,分布實(shí)施的原則;遵循采用的技術(shù)和設(shè)備安全可靠、先進(jìn)實(shí)用并能平穩(wěn)升級(jí)、易于擴(kuò)展的原則。通過(guò)全面開(kāi)展總公司和下屬各礦的信息化建設(shè),**集團(tuán)***能源有限公司將在集成現(xiàn)有信息化系統(tǒng)資源的基礎(chǔ)上,,整合各下屬單位網(wǎng)絡(luò)與信息化系統(tǒng),形成一個(gè)以管理手段信息化、管理內(nèi)容數(shù)字化、以安全生產(chǎn)和物流管理為核心,以信息流為主線,覆蓋企業(yè)人、財(cái)、物、供、產(chǎn)、銷各項(xiàng)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)全過(guò)程的企業(yè)內(nèi)部統(tǒng)一指揮與信息共享的網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息平臺(tái)。構(gòu)建總公司統(tǒng)一的數(shù)據(jù)中心承載網(wǎng)絡(luò),為下一步將實(shí)現(xiàn)下屬各礦生產(chǎn)業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)的大集中提供業(yè)務(wù)承載網(wǎng)絡(luò)。[1] 通過(guò)建設(shè)總公司到下屬各礦的信息化承載網(wǎng)絡(luò),為業(yè)務(wù)流程和生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)的集中提供現(xiàn)代化的信息高速公路。整個(gè)信息化基礎(chǔ)架構(gòu)系統(tǒng)應(yīng)采用業(yè)界最先進(jìn)的“安全融合網(wǎng)絡(luò)”理念進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),從防、控、管需要的角度進(jìn)行了立體化的安全體系部署,改變傳統(tǒng)安全體系部署單一、功能割裂、重單點(diǎn)而輕整體的問(wèn)題,能最大程度的保障IT資源,來(lái)推動(dòng)**集團(tuán)業(yè)務(wù)的快速發(fā)展。 通過(guò)協(xié)同辦公等各類業(yè)務(wù)應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)的建設(shè),為改進(jìn)與新建信息化系統(tǒng),完善信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用平臺(tái),以信息化促進(jìn)管理現(xiàn)代化和新型工業(yè)化。力爭(zhēng)通過(guò)3~5年的努力,建成一個(gè)基于先進(jìn)信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)、適應(yīng)企業(yè)不同層次多元化要求、穩(wěn)定高效安全可信的現(xiàn)代信息服務(wù)體系,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)公司范圍內(nèi)的全面信息化。從而達(dá)到提高管理效率、管理水平和增加決策科學(xué)性、合理性的目的,為保證總公司的安全生產(chǎn)和創(chuàng)造經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)綜合效益做出貢獻(xiàn)
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information industry and computer technology, the integration of coal industry and information is constantly developing and deepening. However, in the field of coal industry, the overall level of automation is still in the middle and lower levels of the whole industry. This paper expounds the network construction of coal enterprises in detail, and analyzes the internal and external factors affecting the informatization of coal enterprises as well as the phase situation of the coal enterprise informatization construction in view of the present situation of coal enterprise information construction, and puts forward the overall application framework and strategy of coal enterprise's information and interest from technology. The main task of enterprise informatization is to construct the basic functional structure and logical structure of the coal enterprise information system based on LAN.
